Das Gästeschlafzimmer (1,60 m Bett) liegt im ruhigen Souterrain zum Garten mit kl. Terrasse. Hier befindet sich auch ein Duschbad. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer (ebenfalls mit TV) mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 300 m entfernt.

However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) are also easy to reach. The nearest tram stops are about 5 minutes' walk away. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with Wi-Fi access! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!
