The large, natural garden offers a terrace with seating and barbecue as well as a second terrace with wood-heated hot tub for 8-10 people (usable in the frost-free period of approx. April to October). The house offers 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 parking spaces directly at the house. The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Thanks to the central location, shopping, restaurants and the train station are within walking distance (about 10 minutes).

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

Our small summer house is located about 4 km from the city center of Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic and has a beautiful view over the city. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 m² and completely fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV, sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. On the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed.
