The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

Idyllically located and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment – ideal for two. Not only the house and yard dog Nemo greeted one very friendly, but the family is also very nice and helpful. You can relax in the apartment and on its balcony - between cattle and fallow deer - but also pursue various outdoor activities in fairytale nature in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We were here for the third time and look forward to the next time! Cozy, functional and everything you need is available. The location is unique and even in bad weather you can comfortably get under the canopy and start the grill. I would be happy to come back.

I was with Astrid and Ewald for two weeks. It was a great apartment in an absolutely quiet location and the garden was wonderful. I really enjoyed that. The apartment was well equipped and everything was thought of! I can absolutely recommend the apartment! I would live there again at any time! All the best for Astrid and Ewald (they personally took me to the city by car on the day of departure!)

Great well-kept one-room apartment with separate bathroom. Very beautiful and tastefully divided and furnished. Everything very clean and modern. Own entrance with seating in front of the house for breakfast, etc. Very nice landlords. In the countryside, in a great location. Small village with felt like 15 /20 houses. Nearest place / shopping easily accessible but car necessary. And and our son ( 5 ) loved it and he wants to go right back on his birthday 😅
