The cottage is approx. 400 years old, with lots of character & has been sympathetically decorated & furnished. The Master Bedroom has a memory foam mattress & has en-suite a second bathroom is found on the ground floor with a memory foam mattress. The cottage has private car parking & is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. On arrival a key is located in a key box to enable you to arrive at a time that suits you (after 3.00 pm). A beautiful flat with sea views in the centre of town and a few minutes walk from the beach. The flat sleeps 4, dogs are welcome. Super fast fibre broadband (80Mbps) allows for remote working, Netflix & board games provided for home entertainment. There are inexpensive car parks nearby but there isn’t parking at the flat. Lyme Regis is a historic, creative and vibrant town with great places to eat and plenty to see and do, including exploring the dramatic Jurassic Coast and going fossil hunting!

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

The Reading Room is a separate annex of The Old Chapel in the main High Street in Charmouth. It's within 60 steps to the High St. Charmouth Beach is approx 5 minutes stroll. A unique space with a huge vaulted ceiling spacious kitchen, dining/ living area, modern integrated appliances and a beautiful oak floor. It has parking for one vehicle and a small outdoor space to the side of the Chapel with blue table and chairs for 2 people. Be aware steps to the bed platform are steep.
