Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).

A natural meadow with views of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains is your exclusive terrace. Overnight stay in an exclusive, new caravan with heating, cold water, hot water and electricity, a large refrigerator, TV and separate bathroom and large shower cubicle. Linens, towels, table and chairs as well as 1 parking space for your car are included. Charging point for electric car type 2/11 kW €0.36/kW/h is available. No pets allowed in the trailer.

Small and incredibly cozy

Our beautiful accommodation offers a cozy home for relaxing and carefree days. 2 people will find everything necessary for a break in a small space: a fully equipped kitchen, a small, fine bathroom and an electric oven with a fireplace for cozy evenings. Overall, our tiny house is designed for sustainability: hot water and heat from solar energy. If you want to relax with other friends, you can rent the neighboring tiny house ;)

Caravan as Tinyhouse

The caravan is about 12 square meters, it was renovated and equipped with a composting toilet. It has 120 cm wide bed, with a sliding door. The seating area can be converted into a 140cm wide bed The caravan is equipped with 2 sinks, kettle, coffee maker and wifi. Bicycles are available free of charge. Limited offer when booking if requested to request rental bikes. A total of 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 children can stay.

Motorhome atmosphere, Therme Erding

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this special cozy accommodation as well as the opportunity to go directly to the Erding thermal baths in your bathrobe. You are secured on a motorhome pitch (pitch costs are included) with additional outdoor toilets and shower facilities. Start the sunrise with breakfast outside or inside and get the rolls from the nearby bakery. In the evening, enjoy a glass of champagne or beer.

This fully renovated apartment is in great condition. It is located on the top floor of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its unique atmosphere is fully available. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The property is located almost alone (a direct neighbor) in Helmishofen on a quiet street surrounded by meadows and forests.
