King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Vacation home in Gaissach

Our apartment is located 50 km south of Munich in Gaißach. With very good transport connections (30 minutes from the A8, 5 minutes to the train station), it is ideal for hiking, skiing or swimming. In the apartment on the second floor of our new building, you will find a bathroom with shower/bathtub, as well as two (and if necessary another) bedroom. Quaint natural hut in the permaculture forest garden

The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.
