My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Good public transport. Bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Many hiking trails. Excursions to Mainau, Meersburg, Überlingen, Stein am Rhein, Rheinfall, Konstanz, boat trips and and are highly recommended. We help you to organize your holiday with us optimally.

Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included.
