We rent a small guest house (about 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - everything is easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city center of Konstanz, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min to bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

Eine kleine Ferienwohnung in der Scheune, umgeben von einem einzigartigen Garten. Der Bodensee ist nur 8 km entfernt, problemlos erreichbar mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar (ca. 15-20 Min. mit Fahrrad). Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und ist standardmäßig ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Natur benötigen, darunter eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 2 separate Schlafzimmer, Bad und WC, Wifi etc.

Separate outbuilding with duplex apartment with sleeping gallery, desk, sofa, armchair and table, separate kitchen and shower/toilet, sauna incl. Relaxation area, like-new furnishings, complete renovation in 2001. Landlords live in the main building of a completely refurbished and renovated former farmhouse. The former "pigsty" was converted into a garage and garden house. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The half-timbered construction and the original atmosphere were preserved.

The historical barn is situated at the end of a narrow road. Further up the hill is no more than nature. Start your hike right from the spot & relax afterwards hanging around the fireplace. s'Scheunle provides you a modern, fully furnished loft apartment with a private parking lot. The small former washhouse of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites all those who love the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller cycle path is only a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden house can accommodate 1-2 people. It consists of a small bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating. Enjoy the beautiful evening sun on the wooden veranda in the neighborhood of a carp and frog pond.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the idyllic village of Urlau! This spacious 48 square meter apartment can accommodate two adults and one child, ideal for a relaxing break in the picturesque region of the Allgäu. The location on the edge of the village of Urlau allows you to enjoy the tranquility and nature. At the same time, the amenities of Leutkirch are only an 8-minute drive away. The holiday park, Center Park Allgäu, is only 2 km from the holiday apartment.

Cozy Home on Organic Farm

The apartment MOST INDIA FLAT owes its name to the region, where there are far more apple trees than inhabitants. There are 450 trees on the Haselbachhof farm, plus 40 dairy cows, 10 Angus suckler cows, 10 horses, a few sheep and dogs. My girlfriend and I love traveling and making new friends, so we want to offer people from all over the world the opportunity to stay on our organic farm. We are very open-minded and like to meet new people.

Our beautiful and homely apartment is well served by public transport, 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to the city center, to shops, to art and culture or to the nature (parks/river). The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.
