Kleine Hallen in einem über 120 Jahre alten Gebäude aus dicken Mauern und mit hohen Räumen in Zwiefaltendorf (Riedlingen). In vielen Teilen nicht/nicht professionell renoviert, daher optische Schäden an Decken, Wänden, Böden, etc. – generell weit entfernt von einem Neubaustandart. Fahrräder können in der Unterkunft abgestellt werden. Abgesehen von Begegnungen im Treppenhaus ist man im ganzen EG alleine. Bei angrenzenden Räumen handelt es sich nur um Lagerräume o.ä..

An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Neumühle Vacation Rental

The place is ideal for large families, small groups and friends. The apartment occupies 2 floors under the roof of the building in the property Neumühle 1. In the heart of Upper Swabia and already in the Allgäu, you are in less than 50 km at Lake Constance or in the Alps. The car museum and farmhouse museum are on site, other museums within 20 km. There are also thermal baths, swimming lakes, castles and baroque churches, cross-country skiing trails in winter.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

With our new, bright studio apartment with separate entrance we offer everything to explore the beautiful Lake Constance region. The studio impresses with a very open and friendly living atmosphere in which everyone immediately feels at home. In 2018, everything was newly renovated and bathroom and kitchen completely reinstalled. The public transport to the center of Kreuzlingen and Konstanz is almost in front of the door.
