Our vacation home offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping options. On the ground floor there is a triple room and the spacious bathroom with toilet, underfloor heating, walk-in shower, bathtub, a heated towel rail as well as washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there is a separate toilet, 2 double rooms, a kitchen with dining table and a round arch to the living room. The living room, with access to the balcony, is equipped with a large couch, a cozy sitting area with reading lamp and a TV.

Luxurious townhouse

Terraced house with very generous space on 3 floors, ideal for families and large groups. A total of 15 sleeping places are available, divided into 1 double bed, 13 combinable single beds, as well as 3 bathrooms, which are released depending on the size of the group. Hairdryer, washer & dryer, as well as storage space for luggage are always included either way. The house includes 2 parking spaces right next to the large garden. The proximity to Germany, such as Lake Constance/Rhine, complete the stay.

This charming house (every room air-conditioned) in Konstanz-Litzelstetten, above Mainau Island, boasts three terraces and a lake view. It's ideal for two adults with up to three children. The house is equipped with air conditioning, and in winter, you can use the Swedish stove in the living room if needed. A separate office with a single bed is available for home office use. A public playground is directly behind the house. The bike path to Lake Constance is right in front of the house.

All-inclusive children's paradise with hot tub, DHH

Would you like to take a vacation on Lake Constance with children? And also relax wonderfully in our indoor and outdoor hot tub with hanging chairs and swings? Only 30 minutes from Lake Constance is our large, family-friendly house with a whirlpool and huge garden with playground equipment and outdoor whirlpool in a quiet suburb of Meßkirch, which in just 3 minutes by car reaches everything you need for everyday life. The children and parents will be happy 😃

Fronhofen close to nature, Lake Constance/Ravensburg/Spieleland

Our place is close to Ravensburg / Friedrichshafen/ Spieleland and the spa towns of Bad Saulgau and Aulendorf as well as beautiful Lake Constance. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (children from about 4 years, as there are several open stairs) NO pet accommodation !!! For infants, an additional €10 per day will be charged. We have 4 lovely and very trusting cats as well as a colorful flock of chickens.

Hinterland&See - Your vacation home

Welcome to our family-friendly vacation home with 95 sqm, ideal for up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet. Two parking spaces are provided. Surrounded by hops, apples and the idyllic Argen, our house is the perfect base for exploring the Lake Constance hinterland. Lake Constance is only 5 km away, the Allgäu 20 km and the Bregenzerwald invites you to hike (30 km). Enjoy the surroundings on two wheels!

Anna's - Semi-detached house with large garden

"Anna's Siedlungshäusle" is a small, cozy house from the 1950s. The semi-detached house is completely renovated, equipped with a contemporary bathroom and new kitchen. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. 2 more guests can stay on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The numerous seats in the large garden with fruit trees, pond and flowers invite you to sit in the sun and shade. Free street parking is available at the house.

Lovingly furnished apartment with many details in the south of Ravensburg-Obereschach, central yet quiet location between Messe Friedrichshafen (9 km) and the historic old town of Ravensburg (7 km). Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped, ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and small families. We are happy to welcome you soon.

The house is on the outskirts of Kempten. Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, banks and short distances to the highway and the mountains make the location particularly special. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Public transport in the immediate vicinity. Alexa app is an advantage. The house is offered as a total accommodation. This means that when renting, I am not personally present.

Due to the location in a cul-de-sac, there is no through traffic. Within walking distance you can be at the lake shore where you can swim beautifully or end the evening. 15 minutes' walk to Überlingen city center.
