Beachfront holiday rentals in Upper Swabia

Staying at the Rösslerhof was a dream to be in. Beautifully quietly located in the middle of green meadows and cow pastures with a view of the Alps, as in a picture book. We also recommend the farm shop - and the milk filling station, where you can fill up delicious raw milk directly from the cows on the neighboring meadow from early to late. Our dog also felt very comfortable and was a welcome guest. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice little apartment. Perfect place for a short stay. Clean, well furnished, nice balcony. It was great that you were super close to the train. In addition, you can cycle to Radolfzell in 15 minutes, in 1 hour you were in Konstanz. Top. There is also a vegan restaurant with great breakfast (Fri-Sun) nearby. The only drawback: for people with back problems, the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable. We had a little pain.

We were warmly welcomed, felt right at home. Marina recommended us restaurants and we ate there very much. In the morning we enjoyed a lovingly prepared breakfast. We would come back anytime. Thank you so much

Nice hosts! Beautifully designed apartment, a successful mix of a few beautifully restored solid wood furniture and many new modern furniture made of solid wood, all color-coordinated and lovingly and discreetly decorated. Everything clean, good mattresses... The kitchen is super equipped - there was nothing missing. You can hear the main road below (during the day), but it didn't bother us, especially since the proximity to the lake was just great. This is within walking distance. I'd love to come back!!

A beautiful quiet place with wonderful hosts

The accommodation is great if you are cycling along the Rhine or Lake Constance. It was very well maintained and clean and it had everything you need for cooking. When the salt ran out, Nancy helped out in a flash : ) There was a separate seat with its own table and chairs outside, we were there for ourselves. However, it would be very cramped in the apartment for four, so I would rather go with two. The village is small and quiet, the lake section very beautiful. It has something like three restaurants on the lake. We were particularly impressed by the campsite's bistro. There is no train, so I would definitely recommend coming by bike.

The accommodation is very nice, as described and shown in the pictures. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts, the lake is a 10-minute walk away. The check-in is easy via key box. It is also ideal for small children, toys and books are available. Matthias was a very friendly host and responded quickly to questions. So everything is great. We would definitely come back 😊

The accommodation is simply sensational for a stay for two directly on the lake. We spent a long sunny weekend in the Seehüüsli and enjoyed bathing (right over the private stairs) grilling on the beautiful terrace or just relax comfortably in the lounge. Communication with Marco is very good. He was always easily accessible with questions, could and give some tips and even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We see the only critical point in case it's wet or cold. Then the various advantages (lake, terrace, barbecue) are not easy to use and it could get tight indoors.

Heidi's apartment was ideally located, just a throw stone from the lake. The space was well appointed and we enjoyed a lot the spacious terrace ideal for morning coffee but as well for dinner and evenings drinks. Heidi was a gracious host, very helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay. This is an excellent spot to explore Konstance area. We heartily recommend it.

One of the most beautiful holidays ever. We had an incredibly beautiful time at Lake Constance and spent our first holiday there as a family. We were provided with a travel bed for small children. Everything was clean, well-maintained, stylishly furnished. A washing machine and a dryer were available to us. Which can be very practical with a baby. The hostess answered questions very quickly. We definitely want to come back. One week was too short. Even in the rain, we could enjoy Lake Constance, through the beautiful view from the living room and dining room. The balcony is covered and sheltered from the wind. That was really great. We also thought it was great that we could grill there. An all-round great vacation in a quiet location and yet you can reach other places super. The guest card gave you a lot of discounts. We would love to come back, and even wanted to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the apartment was fully booked.

A very nice, spacious and sunny apartment! The location is very good, you can quickly reach the lake, or by bike/car in Konstanz or Stein am Rhein. Despite the direct proximity to the railway tracks, it is very quiet and the trains are very quiet. It didn't bother at all. The small balcony with beautiful views into the garden is really very cozy. All in all, we were very satisfied with Olesa's apartment, she was very friendly and the communication worked out very well. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Stefan‘s unit. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to get into holiday mode as soon as you get there incl basic supplies, 2 well maintained bikes, and kayaks with lifejackets ready to go. It’s about a 300 m walk to a (pebble) beach area that’s about as laid back and private as it gets on the lake. A large woodland area stretches from the doorstep all the way to Meersburg. There is a baker, a well stocked C store, and a fair range of hospitality businesses in the centre of Unteruhldingen about 20 minutes‘ walk away. This meant we hardly felt the need to go anywhere else at all. Particularly recommend Hotel Seehof and the gelateria next to the Minigolf. Even spectacular Birnau church is within reach of a leisurely 6 km walk. Thank you Stefan for all the care that has gone into making us feel right at home at this awesome place.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. A very quiet location facing the lake with private lake access and prestine views. Check in was also very easy and flexible and the communication also was very friendly and Mark is very responsive. Cannot complain!

What wonderful hosts and the view was terrific. We were met by Christoph and Petra on arrival. We had a great introduction to the property and were provided with hospitality, wine, and an unforgettable view! We enjoyed their sweet cat and garden with birds. The location is very convenient and the home was comfortable and clean. The swing by the lake is FANTASTIC!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the house, we were a big group but we all had our each private space. The rooms are big, cozy and very clean. The roof top balcony was the highlight! The neighbours were very nice and let the little kids use their outdoor play area. For the bigger kids there is a big public park very close. So all the kids enjoyed the stay! Communication with the host was quick and easy. All in all it was lovely, and we recommend it!
