Holiday rentals with a patio in Urbania

Spacious and modern , very much to my liking

My husband and I stayed in Assisi for a business conference and were looking for a place that was close to things we enjoy, including food, local attractions, and hiking. Simone's place had all that and more! We appreciated his responsiveness and recommendations as well as help when we needed it on our trip. Simone's place had everything we needed including espresso, coffee, cookware, a washer, and even hair products (drier, straightener) to use so I didn't have to pack the bulky stuff. What we loved most was the little terrace included to have coffee in the morning or wine at night plus the apartment temp. being it was made of mostly brick and constructed into the hill almost. I would definitely stay at Simone's place again! Highly recommend.

The hosts were very kind and stayed up to let us in after we were late from travel troubles. The place itself was very clean, although I would like to point out a couple of things. Make sure to read the description of the place as you will find that this is not an actual apartment but instead a renovated top floor in the in the villa of the host. In addition, the ceilings are much shorter than they appeared in the pictures with a large percentage of the room being under 1.5m. But if shorter ceilings don't bother you then this is the place for you.

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully furnished, cool and really equipped with everything you need... and even more! It is in a strategic area, quiet but close to the most central and lively streets that can be reached in 10 minutes. Kevin is very kind and responsive. Super-recommended accommodation!! We will definitely be back

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

a breathtaking penthouse! everything has been carefully chosen. An elegant, clean and welcoming environment, it feels like home! The exteriors are the real strength! We relaxed in the hot tub and admired a lovely sunset. Robbie was really kind and present. You can see how much care and passion has been put into creating such an environment. Beautiful place with amazing views. The house was clean and well equipped.

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

The stay with Andreas and Natchana was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

My partner and I stayed in the little house for a weekend and everything was perfect: from the welcome of the hosts, to the structure (decor, amenities, garden, pool and silence) and finally the view. As soon as we can, we'll definitely be back!

The pictures of the villa don’t do this place justice. It was even more beautiful in person tucked away in the hills of Cortona. I spent a few days here to celebrate my birthday with my six close friends and it was the most unreal experience. The villa itself was easy to get to by car (must have a small car for the tight roads leading up) and we spent the weekend relaxing outside on the grass, cooking meals, visiting Cortona, and going on a private wine tour in Montepulciano. It felt like we were in a movie the entire time, this part of Tuscany was incredibly picturesque. Marc was very responsive and helpful to any of our needs and gave us recommendations for local food/grocery shops. I would 100% recommend Marc’s place to anyone looking to relax and immerse themselves within the hills of Tuscany. I will 100% be back in the future ◡̈

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Rossella was the perfect host. The house was stunning and in the perfect location. It was a great stay for everyone.

New house, very clean and very cozy! The stay, even if short, was very pleasant. The house is in the center and the car parking is very convenient. Ester and Sara were very kind and very responsive to every request. The house also has a beautiful terrace. Better than that, he couldn't go.

Tommaso is a very welcoming and helpful person. He recommended a great place to dine with a breathtaking view. We had a great time, a delightful, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic center. A place of peace and nature all around, where you can relax from the daily routine. Beautiful experience, we will be back. Highly recommended❤️

nice place for family 2+2, separate bedroom and 2nd sleeping place in living room, nice clean, remote check-in with phone access to open doors. host very friendly with quick response if you need any help. perfect location with beach just like 100m from your door. in neighborhood everything what you can need, also decent beach with without entrance fee

I was in contact with Federica more than six months before arrival. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't one, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought one. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados awaited us. There was a tea, a butter and bread fight. Quality bath soaps and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.

The reviews are all spot on - this is one of the best Airbnb’s ever!! The apartment is beautifully decorated, reflecting Agnese’s and Micael’s background as designers. The outdoor kitchen is totally outfitted for cooking and having meals al fresco is fantastic! There were so many extra touches (local olive oil and honey, home made jam, spices, herb garden and more!) and, most importantly, comfortable beds and quality linens. It’s necessary, of course, to have a car to stay here but then it becomes the perfect base of operations from which to explore Tuscany. It’s one of those places where we wished we could stay longer and hope we can come back to again. It sets the bar high!!

Monica and Renato's Terminal is really great. A renovated farmhouse where you immediately feel comfortable and can fully relax. It is located in a quiet area, a stone's throw from Castiglione del Lago and in a strategic position to visit many wonderful areas of Umbria and Tuscany. Monica and Renato are also exceptional people: welcoming, friendly, helpful and ready to give great advice (the restaurant they suggested was exquisite!). Honorable mention for Clea, their dog. I'm just saying that for our daughter Giulia, 5, it was the most beautiful part of the vacation. Just the top!
