Gutshof Ostseeblick House: Sea view, terrace, garden

The three apartments and the vacation home are absolutely idyllically located on a large garden property in the village of Neuendorf in the south of the island of Rügen. The large garden property borders on one side on the picturesque meadows and forests of the Rügen natural landscape, on the other side on the vastness of the Baltic Sea. A separate beach chair is available for each apartment on the private bathing access with sunbathing lawn. Only about 10 minutes walk to the sailing port in Lauterbach, where you will find numerous shops, restaurants and other gastronomy. In the harbour of Lauterbach you can buy fresh Baltic fish daily from the local fishermen directly from the net and also take trips with the regularly operating excursion ships. The picturesque countryside around the residence town of Putbus offers numerous opportunities for extensive cycling tours, walks and hikes. Many other attractions of the island of Rügen can be reached in a few minutes by car. My house is quiet and interesting right next to the dune forest. The beach is about 5 minutes walk through the forest. The house was built in 2002. A parking space is right next to the house. We rent 2 apartments. Apartment Seagull is located on the upper floor and has a balcony with seating. The kitchen is as shown in the pictures, equipped with everything you need for cooking on holiday, only you need to shop yourself :)

The bungalow is modern and can accommodate 2 adults in the separate bedroom. The comfortable couch also offers a comfortable sleeping option. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine and dryer can be used by the campsite operator for a fee.
