Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Usedom

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

We felt completely comfortable. The accommodation and the whole yard are beautiful and cozy. We had a lot of space for ourselves and enjoyed the weekend very much. The contact in advance was pleasant and we were very warmly received on site. The hosts are always reachable and available and were always up for a chat, but not intrusive at all. Jörg welcomed us in a very friendly way. The place is cozy, clean and well appointed. An absolute highlight is the conservatory overlooking the sea.

It is a nice ground floor apartment with a parking space in the courtyard. Check-in and check-out are quickly and easily done in the office a few houses. The apartment is very well equipped, with very cozy beds, clean, bright, very central and yet quite quiet. Parking is very close and luggage trails are therefore very short. André was very polite and accommodating. The questions were answered very quickly. We spent 4 beautiful days in the apartment and are thinking about it!

We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

We had a wonderful short break in Sandra's thatched cottage! I can only recommend, we felt at home! Thank you!

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Sweet, cozy and pretty cabin in very nice, quiet surroundings and on a lovingly maintained, very large property, where you can really let off steam, especially in warm weather in summer (bivouac square, fire pits, raft, beer garden,...). Nice and very open owners!

We were there with 12 people and had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were cozy, the amenities were as described. No neighbors are adjacent to the back of the house, so you could listen to music there without disturbing anyone. We recommend the place!

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small, but fine. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. Check in was a bit bumpy as after 730km drive I was surprised to have to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I open the door & before me someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell, who still sorted informative Fleyer, were Tim and his wife. This made me feel a little unsettled, but the days on it, in a great conversation, my confusion resolved. The house is located on a local street, the horse-drawn carriage and the Bimmelbahn pass by, occasionally private cars and some walking tourists. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones don't bother either. In a review I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that a little uncomfortable for long game nights. The wifi password didn't match the description, Mr.Radke had a solution. Parking lot from the house. Apartment is recommended

The apartment is super spacious. Ideal for doing something with a larger group or a family. In bad weather, the living room and kitchen offer enough space to have fun indoors. Even though our parking space was occupied on the day of arrival, Katja was able to offer an alternative space. We will be happy to come back :)

A beautiful, cozy place to stay in the heart of Greifswald with a very nice host. Definitely recommend!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

We enjoyed our time with Andrea very much and were completely satisfied with the accommodation:) The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is very clean and cozy.
