Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Usedom

We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

I was there in winter. Great apartment to relax and be in nature. The furniture and items take you back to the past and you feel like you can lead a simpler life (positively meant!). The tenant is a friendly and beautiful person. You can talk to her easily and informally.

We stayed for 6 nights with friends in Anni's house and felt very comfortable. Lovingly furnished and everything sparkling clean.. The only drawback: it's called Fischerdorf, but unfortunately you can't get directly to the water. Either directly to the Baltic Sea for swimming or to Kamminke beach. It didn't bother us much, as we explored the island by bike anyway. House ANNI is highly recommended, we had a nice time there. We give it 5 hearts.

A wonderful spot on earth... an experience and a pleasure for every nature lover! We were on our bikes daily. Thanks to the Baltic Sea coast bike path and the other very well-developed bike paths, you can reach even the most remote port towns safely and in a relatively short time. Since everything is available in the log cabin, you can cook together, eat and enjoy a glass of wine together. Sheep and cattle graze around the log cabin, otherwise it is very quiet! We really enjoyed the days and evenings in the log cabin! A huge thank you 🙏 to Mike & Lucie Another time, I'd love to comeback️

I was traveling with my daughter, she was preparing for the interview for the University of Greifswald. The space was perfect for that. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walked a lot. Dirk had heated the house and we could enjoy the first evening. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, totally relaxed and very beautiful.

We were a family of six in the accommodation and felt completely comfortable from the beginning. The location is quiet, surrounded by nature - ideal for switching off. The house is very nicely designed, thoughtfully furnished and very practical for families. The sauna is particularly noteworthy, which was a real highlight for us. Many excursion destinations in the area can be easily reached by car from here. The small village shop nearby is also practical, where you can get fresh rolls, among other things. Absolutely recommended!!!

We had a wonderful time here with friends. The property offers a great retreat for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in nature to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in Grambow for a total of 5 days and would have liked to have stayed longer. The house offers everything you need and especially the kitchen is well equipped. On the terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast and if you turn on the sauna before dinner, you can end the day with an excellent view of the forest. We highly recommend this place and look forward to the next visit.

Very nice well-kept house with a beautiful location right on the Lagoon. The ideal place to relax. We enjoyed it very much, definitely a place to come back!

The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. We had a very pleasant stay! We also liked that there were chickens and two cats, and a beautiful garden that we could walk through and sit in. We occasionally had a chat with Anja and Uwe, very nice hosts! The location is also great: in the center of the town with shops, restaurants, the harbor and the train station within walking distance. In short: recommended!

We were in the apartment to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The apartment delivered exactly that and we were thrilled with the evening frog croaking and the bats. Always happy to come back. The apartment was excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired.

We stayed with a child and a dog in the beautiful apartment and can absolutely recommend it. The apartment is well equipped, you feel right at home, everything was very clean and we were able to relax wonderfully. The communication went smoothly and we also had a contact person on site. We would book the place again anytime.

The apartment is really fantastic on the promenade and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the beach. You can, even with a small child and maybe a balance bike etc. in your luggage, walk super cool on the promenade and spend the day relaxed and see a lot. Sure, tourist hotspot but not crowded at all at the end of May, for example, and cool to discover. Many playgrounds nearby, restaurants, Schnöker shops. In the apartment, I expected doors to the bedroom, as in the photos. Unfortunately, they were not available and therefore it is a hotel room feeling with kitchen and balcony, in which you can hear the refrigerator humming at night. For me, something that you should just know, I think. (: We'd love to come back anytime! Thank you for everything!

Tomasz and his family were very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation itself was really great and you had everything you needed. Within 20 minutes you were on the beach or in the center, which is why we only needed the car for a trip outside of Swinemünde. A Lidl is within a 5-minute walk. We can really recommend the accommodation - far away from the mass tourism on the beach ;) Thanks a lot! :)

The location of the apartment is unique. The beach access is right outside the front door and you can still see the sea from the bed in the bedroom. Everything is very well thought out, from the underground parking lot right next to the elevator to all the equipment in the apartment. At the end of May, Dziwnów was still relatively quiete regarding tourists and open restaurants. However, that was exactly what we were looking for. There were still enough restaurants open, you could take a relaxed walk along the beach and the best view while eating is from the terrace of the apartment anyway.

We decided briefly for four days of vacation on the Baltic Sea. Booking with Conny was a very good decision. Everything went perfectly. We were warmly welcomed. Conny lovingly prepared everything. We immediately felt welcome. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and very clean. We will be happy to come back. An absolute heart recommendation from us.

My mother and I were warmly welcomed and received many great tips for activities in the area. Communication with Ilona was super friendly and uncomplicated. Perfect for us as a small family. The apartment is located in a great and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the city. Two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity make arrival easier. Michaela is a great host! If we come to Stralsund again, we will definitely come here again :)

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful, quiet, private-feeling corner house. Everything is present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Many singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

Very nice and very clean apartment that offers everything you need. There was nothing missing. The communication with Ania and Sebastian was also very good, informative and hassle-free. They have a lot of helpful tips for excursions, restaurants and much more. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful, brightly furnished apartment, very suitable for a family with 2 children. The location is great if you have some peace and not want to stay right on the promenade. Everything important can be reached on foot.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

A beautiful, cozy place to stay in the heart of Greifswald with a very nice host. Definitely recommend!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.
