The natural lake by the house, the natural beach in Lauterbach, the gastronomy of the hotel next door, and also the proximity to Stralsund. Stay with us temporarily, or spend wonderful holidays in the untouched nature and enjoy the beaches, even in winter. By the way, our apartment is barrier-free and there is a comfortable elevator in the house. We look forward to seeing our guests.

Amidst a heritage protected manor park with beautiful old trees, small glades and a lively bird population you'll find four luxurious bell tents with lovely views. Made of heavy canvas they give a nice natural feeling, great lighting atmosphere and leave you with a 3.5m high tented roof and 30sqm lots of space. Our approximately 5000 square meter, lovingly maintained, orchard meadow is located on the outskirts of town and therefore you can wonderfully relax here and observe numerous birds. Here the fox and rabbit really say good night and in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong. On hot summer days you can enjoy shade under a beautiful canopy. Various seating, a grill, smoker and a fire pit are also provided.

Between Berlin and the Baltic Sea lies the Mecklenburg Lake District. In just under 2 hours you are from the capital in our small village, 7 km off the B 96. From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

Baltic Resort Pobierowo

This property is a 5-minute walk from the beach. Baltic-Resort Pobierowo is located in Pobierowo, 45 km from Kołobrzeg, and offers free WiFi and free private parking. All cottages are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a kettle. Some of them include a seating area. Luggage storage is available on site. The Baltic-Resort Pobierowo is 47 km from Świnoujście and 34 km from Międzyzdroje.

Two-person apartment at Park Zdrojowy

The studio apartment is located next to the Spa Park leading to the seaside promenade. Close to the boulevard on the Świna River and the ferry crossing. The city center with shops, cafes and restaurants is nearby. Guests have access to a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can use the underground parking for an additional fee.

In our rustic, natural and idyllic garden there are 2 small bungalow apartments "Sanddorn" and "Sonnenblume", where you can take a break from everyday life in a small fishing village on the water. The small apartments can accommodate 2 people and are located in our courtyard that is not visible from the outside. A Finnish wood-burning sauna (€25) can also be booked.
