Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Dichtbij het centrum van Utrecht ligt deze prachtige en ruime accommodatie in ons weiland omringd door onze grazende schapen. Door de ligging van het chalet heb je veel privacy en kijk je vanuit de woon- en slaapkamer heerlijk uit over het weiland en boomgaard. In februari en maart worden de lammetjes binnen in de schuur geboren. Uiteraard zijn ze te bewonderen en met mooi weer zullen ze overdag buiten lopen. Fietsverhuur op locatie mogelijk. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein met laadpaal.

Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

In the picturesque Nigtevecht, yet close to Amsterdam, is the uniquely located vacation home on the wide river/lake the Vecht. The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.

Het park is beveiligd met een automatische poort. Je loopt de straat uit zo het bos in.Als je een hond hebt, kun je heerlijk wandelen vanuit t park.Het chalet is van alle gemakken voorzien met o.a rolluiken ,eigen parkeerplek, palletkachel,vaatwasser,inloopdouche,hor gordijn in slaapkamer, bad op pootjes, aircooler.

A small Eden, within the former peatlands area between Utrecht and Amsterdam, is where you'll find our nature cabin. Equipped with al the necessary luxuries, the cabin has windows in all directions and from the lounge sofa you have a wonderful view of the surrounding nature and body of water. The fantastic porch/terrace has double doors and a lovely swing chair, built to start daydreams. And just a stonesthrow away from the cabin there's a wonderful spa (Spa Sereen).
