Amazing Airbnb in the centre of Como. Having alone 3 bedrooms and one living room is outstanding. Communication was perfect, quick response and clear. Can only recommend this place - we were only there for one night because we were on a bike trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

We loved our stay in Como. Everything about the place was wonderful. The location was amazing, walking distance to restaurants, shops, lake and train station. Such a nice spot to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Giacomo met us at the apartment and was so welcoming and he checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Everything about this airbnb rental was perfect - communication, cleanliness, the split a/c system that worked perfectly, the sweet touches and details around the place that shows love and care for the property, the outside private patio area surrounded by lush vegetation, full washer/dryer laundry amenities, and best of all, it's breathtaking view of Lake Como from the upstairs balcony! The prosecco and pasta that we generously gifted by you were delicious and very appreciated! Having a personal garage was a huge bonus, although the garage space and drive up to the apartment building were more suitable for smaller cars. We were sad to leave and hopefully we'll have a chance to come and enjoy the beautiful views some time again.

We had an incredibly nice time at the property! Alma was very friendly & always available. The view was very nice, especially in the evening. The way there was a bit tricky at first, but you quickly got used to it & thanks to Alma's detailed directions, it was no problem! Gladly again 🤗

Spacious apartment with all the necessary services. Very close to the train and bus station. If you arrive by that route, you can get there on foot. Annamaria was always very attentive. The best thing is undoubtedly the view from the living room and balcony, with all of Lugano and the lake at your feet. The balcony is really spacious so you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner there if you prefer. Very close to the center and the coast, a few minutes' walk. Lugano is quite steep and the return will always cost a little more, I recommend avoiding the stairs and returning by street. You have plenty of storage space, an additional room or dressing room, which makes the room much more functional. You also have a desk there. Its weakest point, the Wi-Fi connection, seemed to have a short range, so much so that it was no longer detected at a short distance (for example, on the balcony). The washing machine was out of service, if it is important to you, make sure it is working

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Beautiful stay with an incredible view of Lake Como! The location was perfect - close to restaurants and nice that had private parking. Anna was great, easy instructions and great pictures. The place was very clean, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedding and just as described. Highly recommend!

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

We loved this gem of a place and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility after the heat of the hustle and bustle of Como.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in a great apartment. A very comfortable, secure and accessible home base from which to tour Lake Como.

The views are even better than the photos! It was absolutely beautiful, what a special place to stay. We loved the spa facilities too and the host was really friendly and helpful. Fully recommend!

This apartment is a gem in Milano. You are in Milano but it is in a tranquil setting. Minimal noise except for birds and church bells. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. An easy train ride to the centre of the city and all the attractions. There is a big supermarket close by and a few restaurants. Tancredi met us on arrival and all communication was prompt and helpful. If you want to experience the real Milano away from the designer shops and crowds, this is the place for you! We absolutely loved staying in this apartment!

We had a great stay in Valeria's apartment. Comfortable beds and a cozy patio where we drank our morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped to cook your own food. Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet area. Good bus connections and a nice walking path to the old part of the city that took about 25 minutes to walk. Easy check-in and check-out!
