Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Vada

Anna Maria and her husband welcomed us to their little corner of paradise. A very nice place with a panoramic view from above towards the cliff and the sea. Pratesi is about 8 km from Marciana Alta and 14 km from Marciana Marina. You feel good and breathe good air. The sheets and towels were not included in the service but were delivered to us by the host. Recommended for those who want to stay in a peaceful place.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

The apartment is amazing! Very well maintained, nicely furnished and clean. A quiet and ideal location within walking distance to the sea, plentiful street parking including their private parking which was made available to us. A lovely nearby store for the morning cappuccino and pastry, a close by supermarket and don’t forget to try the Stuzzicheria di Mare ristorante in town! Lorenzo was friendly, gracious, an excellent communicator and very helpful to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend! 5 Stars!

It was a wonderful stay in Poggio at Babara's. Babara is super nice, warm and always available. The check-in and check-out were very flexible and totally pleasant for us. The apartment is very nice! Everything you need in the kitchen is there, the bathroom is new and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace on the square is wonderful. The view is great and in the evening it has a great atmosphere. Bus stop just a few minutes away. Therefore, you are very flexible and well connected. The village is very beautiful and the restaurants very tasty. Babara made us feel very comfortable, thank you for that :) You dear Babara, all the best and hopefully see you soon.

The apartment is in a top location, everything is within walking distance, very well-maintained house, apartment sparkling clean and very modern and funny furnishings!!! We felt very comfortable and would book exactly there again at any time!!! Great!!!

Such a peaceful spot. The pool is lovely. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. There are a number of outside seating areas and our apartment had its own terrace.

We lived for a week and had a great time! Great location, close to bars, restaurants and sea; quite large house (there were five of us) and the fenced pine forest is pleasant, especially having the dog with us. Very friendly people and available for everything! We had a great time!

We had a couple of amazing weeks here. The apartment is great for a family with 2 small kids. Very practical and well equipped. Our breakfasts on the balcony with a view like from a painting are very memorable. We enjoyed the pool, with that same view the most! Lunch with a glass of whine or spritz under the gazebo, overviewing the olive trees, was so classy. We also visited all the popular places of Tuscany. This is a great base location. Laura and Paolo were wonderful hosts. We will miss this place!

We had two weeks in this beautiful place and area. The house is big with a good atmosphere and fitter well for our family and two dogs. They could run and stay in the garden while we were enjoying the views, cooking and good wine. Patrizia is a great host and keeps up the house and garden with a lot of love and attendance. We certainly want to come back in spring or autisme when temperatures are a little lower.

Starting with a warm welcome to the unfortunately much too quick warm farewell (we were there 10 days) we felt more than comfortable in Nicoletta's wonderful property. This wonderful, stately house from the 14th century is a gem, located high on a ridge with a magnificent view, which is designed with great taste by Nicoletta's artistic style from a jewel of the historical to the modern to the artistic. If you want to live in such a mansion, the two high floors should not be a problem. But over time, a certain training factor sets in here. Upon entering the park-like property, a beautiful iron gate opens, and you are greeted by a square surrounded by oleanders, palm trees, and flower beds. Maria Victoria is a very nice hostess. She was always available and at the same time very discreet. The accommodation is beautifully located, the journey there is worth it. The facility is very tasteful and high quality, you have everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful and rustic farmhouse placed in ancient olive grove. We had six adults and were extremely comfortable for our two week stay. Some days we never got out of the clean and refreshing pool. Family dinners were prepared in the perfectly functional kitchen served in the courtyard dining table Nicola was always availableto answer whatever ever came up. We had a great stay at Lorenzo and Francesca's, in a small peaceful village where the locals are friendly. The accommodation is atypical with all the appropriate comforts. A change of scenery is guaranteed, with a magnificent sunset and a region with sublime landscapes... Thanks to Francesca and Lorenzo for their good advice. If you like authenticity and tranquility, then don't hesitate...

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

I had no idea what I was going to find, since I hadn't visited the region since 1991. But as I ran the miles and got closer, I liked it more and more. My memories have not failed me. Finding the place was an experience. The sign was very small and covered by plants. I laughed a lot, but decades of traveling Patagonia, where there are no signs, taught me that everything can be found. Susanna was waiting for us, and the reception process was easy and smooth. The apartment, typical of a rural area. Half rustic, half rustically decorated to remind you that you are in the countryside. We loved it, because behind that facade, it was super complete. The garden was spectacular, and in the afternoons the perfume invaded the atmosphere. The geographical location seemed very good to us. There's nothing too close, nothing too far. We thought it was right and the tranquility of the place... enviable!!! Internet, it works perfectly. We'll be back.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay at Giada's apartment. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and has a good vibe. Cafeteria is just few steps around the corner where we had great breakfasts. There are also restaurants and gelateria nearby. Going to Florence City was easy as the tram is just about 250 meters from the doorway. Giada is easy to communicate with and was absolute a super host. Highly recommended.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

Great welcome from hostess Gisella. Great view of the cathedral, Duomo di San Martino from the apartment. Bright, cozy, clean, neat apartment full of loving details. Gisella waited for us with cold water (almost entering summer) and something to eat. Very good idea on her part!!!! He also prepared a personalized map for us to know about places like restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, markets and bike rentals. Map that we use all the time next to the cell phone. Lucca is a beautiful city, especially the city within the wall, full of flowers and lime trees where you can walk, rest and refresh in summer.

lovely, peaceful place about 15 minutes walk from the small and beautiful town of Montieri. great shared pool. Would recommend a car. great for a relaxing stay in Tuscany.
