Nice stay in Isabelles apartment. Clean, beautiful, big balcony. Communication was fast and fine. Isabelle was quite helpful. Make sure that you read the information carefully. It is not Paris but you are downtown within 10 min by train. Nice bakeries in the aera!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience at this beautifully refurbished apartment in Bourg-la-Reine. The space is impressively clean and comfortable, featuring cozy beds and a large TV perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is ideal: just a 2-minute walk to the Bourg-la-Reine RER B station, providing quick and easy access to central Paris and major attractions. Despite its proximity to the city, the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, offering a welcome retreat from the bustling tourist areas. You'll find a variety of eateries and shops nearby, including highly-rated restaurants like Le Vieux Bourg and Amarone. Great and responsive host. Lirane made sure there were no communication gaps. Everything works well. The apartment was clean and beautiful. It is close to the highway so expect a bit of road noise, if the balcony is open. But once closed, the sound proof doors do the job wonderfully. Depending on where you want to go, be prepared for a 15 min walk to any of the metro stations close by. Highly recommended.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Our stay was the best. The responsiveness of the hosts and their kindness made this vacation even better. A very nice apartment in a quiet place a little off-center from the Paris movement, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. This is a very beautiful and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window in advance to ventilate (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and a hair dryer. My husband and I had a very nice stay here❤️

Our stay in Paris was fantastic, the location was beautiful and easy to walk to the train and local attractions. Erwan's house is very quaint and we loved the open kitchen/dining room/living room for family breakfasts, the combination of bedrooms also worked well for our family group. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Paris getaway destination!

Between two houses, I lived for 2 months with Lénaïk and Jean-Luc, in a neighborhood that I know well. The studio is perfectly equipped, very well located, within walking distance of the RER and the center while being quiet. Very pleasant to live in, a real little cocoon, so much so that I had a hard time leaving it. The hosts are lovely. Being able to park your vehicle in the courtyard is an undeniable plus. Thanks!!!

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
