Holiday rentals with a balcony in Val-de-Marne

We really enjoyed our stay. Fred and Sab were very responsive. The place was quite comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was really nice. Great neighborhood, quiet and safe but very accessible to everything. Highly recommend.

All the photos are of the private spaces you will have access to. A really great space with lots of room. We felt right at home and had plenty of great places to walk to. Public transportation close by. Host was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was super nice, we felt right at home very quickly. It was a short walk from the RER B line and was super convenient for getting around using the Metro. The host left a welcome book with all the important information about the apartment and area that was super helpful as well. The only complaint we had was that the TV would cut out when watching shows. This was mentioned in the instructions, but was a little frustrating. Overall it wasn't a big issue to lower our rating as you aren't there to watch TV. Overall, we would highly recommend this location as it was great.

Everything was as stated. Great location, access was easy and as stated. We did have a problem with a curtain that fell and I did have to ask about getting it fixed twice (for privacy as well as to keep sunlight out and the apartment cooler during the summer heat/long days), but it was eventually fixed. AC worked great, again essential in the summer. I didn’t like that we only got two rolls of toilet paper (it should be proportionate to the number of nights instead of a standard two rolls of toilet paper), but it was as stated and we did have to buy more since we stayed four nights with three people. We anticipated using the washing machine but when we inquired about drying clothes we weren’t giving info on the availability of a drying rack (or perhaps I missed it) so it was easier for us to use the public lavanderie next door. Detergent was also not provided, so again, overall it was easier for us to just wash & dry next door (detergent tablets available at the lavanderie).

Cindy's house is very close to the metro. There is a big supermarket very close to the house. The apartment was clean and tidy. Thank you

Pleasant, cozy, rather spacious apartment, with beautiful quality furniture. For us very well located and with many shops and restaurants nearby. Lots of messages from the concierge especially before arrival but the check-in procedure is convenient (despite a small bug that delayed the key pick up); the exit too.

We are incredibly grateful to Jeremy and his family for such an openness, and the desire to help, effective advice and a very quick response to the message. It was incredibly timely and valuable!!! Apartment in a pleasant quiet green courtyard. There is a shopping center nearby with everything you need. For an additional fee, it would be possible to leave a car in the underground parking of the house, convenient. There is a bus stop nearby, where the metro is 2 stops away. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you again for your hospitality. Would love to come back.

Very charming apartment in an excellent location. Very comfotable place with all you need. Balcony is lovely to sit out on and listen to the sounds of the city below. Stairs is probably the only down part to the apartment but very doable. It also gives you a great workout. I would definitely recommend this apartment for its charm and location.
