Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

Die Wohnung ist in einem alleinstehenden Haus und hat einen eigenen Gartensitzplatz. Am Rande vom Dorf Müstair, in der idyllische Biosfera Val Müstair gelegen, sind die freie Natur, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und das Kloster St. Johann wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
