Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Niché dans un parc de 5000 mètres carrés classé la bâtisse principale face au lac est inscrite au patrimoine historique local. Sur le coté un bâtiment en bois abrite nos espace bien être avec sa piscine et son jacuzi. Dans le parc un salon dans les arbres perché à 6 mètres de hauteur. Chaque chambre est décorée avec des objets et meubles de familles ou chinés ça et là aux détours de nos voyages. Partout des oeuvres d'art pour le plaisir des yeux. Enfants bienvenus à partir de 12 ans
