From the beginning a warm welcome from Julie, and a warm feeling when entering the house. A beautiful, cozily furnished house, with all amenities. Located in a quiet, green area. Plenty of privacy, large garden where the children could play. The location of the house is convenient, to combine with trips in Normandy. Such as the landing beaches, Honfleur. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, an experience not to forget!!

A perfect stay! We had a great time at this house. Everything is perfectly maintained and impeccably clean. The house is very well equipped, nothing is missing for a comfortable stay. This place is so peaceful and serene - it's soothing for the soul! It's in the countryside but still close enough to a lot of touristic spots so we could drive around easily to do sightseeing. Located on a beautiful horse farm, and the home was clean and renovated nicely. We arrived rather late and Gael waited for us, which we appreciated! Gael was very responsive and accommodating in general and we would stay here again if we came to this area.

Redha is a wonderful host. He is extremely helpful, friendly and went well above what was required. When our rental car arrangement fell through, he came to pick us up from the train station within 15 minutes. He communicated clearly and responded quickly to all inquiries. He is an absolute pleasure to interact with! The apartment was as advertised. The space was clean, roomy, comfortable and very quiet at night, yet close to a major grocery store and all amenities. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone coming to stay in Caen.

A lovely apartment in a lovely location. Clean and tidy and well appointed. We stayed a week and had everything we needed. Communication with our host Emmanuel was very good. Would visit again.

Very tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace. Everything as described with very good seating and sleeping furniture(!) Bedroom with shutters. Secure parking space for cars on enclosed premises. Overall, a quiet location with short walks to the sea and to the boulangerie, restaurants, shops and market hall.

Nathalie is a kind and attentive host. The apartment is located in a nice and pleasant residence, easy to access by car or on foot. The balcony exposure with sea view is simply unforgettable.

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.
