Wonderful accommodation, everything exactly as shown in the pictures: very clean, everything available, plenty of space. From the kitchen, you can directly access the (east) south terrace with panoramic views, where you can enjoy a great breakfast and dinner. It is quiet, but not always dead silent. Host: César gave us very useful tips for hikes and Adriana was always friendly and a nice neighbor. This is important because she lives in the apartment above the apartment (entrance via stairs next to the apartment exit to the terrace). Parking: Old Italian farm on the mountain, so it's a bit tighter. You have to drive up a steep, curvy road, top left through the narrow passage between two houses, then (left, then right) it goes behind the house to the private parking lot. Feasible if you don't necessarily come with a huge caravan. Tips: - The hiking trail to the left behind the house leads to a great waterfall. - the north shore of Lake Levico

We spent two very nice and relaxing weeks in Roberto, Fabia and Anna's house and felt very comfortable. With regard to the apartment, our expectations were even exceeded. It is quiet, very spacious, very clean, everything necessary available and we could also safely store our bicycles. Terrace, garden and the view - all beautiful. Particularly positive was the hospitality of Roberto and Fabia - and not to forget, the strawberries of Anna Thank 😄 you very much...

We fell in love with this beautiful and charming cottage, which has been impeccably renovated. Characteristic furnishings that made us experience a super romantic weekend. It will be a pleasure to stay in this little corner of tranquility in the future, with a glimpse of the lake in the distance
