Wonderful place with a great view over Nice! The accommodation has everything you need to feel very comfortable, especially the separate kitchen in the garden is great. Would definitely go again!

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Manon’s place in Eze. The apartment was more than spacious, spotless, and had absolutely stunning views. We rented a car to get around, which made exploring the South of France really easy. Manon was a kind and responsive host, and her local tips were very helpful. We’d gladly stay again!

We had a great stay at Vanina’s Villa. She allowed us to check in early, showed us how to use everything around the house which was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Vanina was a great host and replied to all messages quickly. Our only issue was one of the bedrooms had a memory foam mattress which wasn’t suitable for two people due to one person primarily sleeping in it (it seemed). Meaning it was slightly deeper In the middle. Other than this the house was absolutely perfect and had everything you could possible need. The outside area is amazing and the opening of the kitchen/ living room doors out of the terrace really pulled the whole place together!

Beautiful house just outside of Antibes. A peaceful place to escape back to after a day at the beach or old town.

Catherine and Thierry have a wonderful family home that was perfect for a vacation with our friends and children. Very kid friendly home equipped with high chairs, cots, toys, baby bathtub, pool alarm and gate, you name it! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again in the future. Only thing to keep in mind is cell phone service and WiFi is not strong which makes it the perfect place to disconnect on holiday! Thanks for a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We were very well received. The villa is spacious, friendly and clean. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The location is also super convenient for quick access to other surrounding localities. Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us a lot of advice and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with everything you need. We also thank Greg for his trust and kindness. We recommend this host 1000%. You can trust them without a second thought! Thank you for everything 😀

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!
