Luigi's flat has got everything you require and has the most stunning view on the balcony. Luigi has a very easy and informative check in and out process. The YouTube videos additionally information made the process easy. The location is Excellent, situated in a peaceful town, with pretty views of the lake and sorrounding towns. Bar Milano is very close which do a very nice pizza. However, the hill walk upto the location is a challenge. We turned to taxis (which does costly if you go up and down a lot) and a free night bus which operates 7pm-12pm which we found it only on the rare occasion. Overall experience was great! We wish to be back in the future.

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

A well-appointed apartment in a truly adorable part of Lezzano, steps away from the local pizzeria and the historic old town. Everything was great and we wished we had stayed here longer. But what really stood out was how truly kind and responsive Eros and Daniel were during our brief stay - from making us dinner reservations to clarifying where to park in the busier part of town, they responded in seconds to items big and small. And with much kindness as well.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

Super nice contact with Christine. Everything clean and warmly decorated. Despite bad weather, it would be a nice stay. We'll be back.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Gladly again!

It was a great stay, Diego was very helpful throughout providing great recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries! Would definitely stay again it was a beautiful spot, lovely restaurants nearby, 10/10 🇮🇹

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The room was great and had everything you needed - even tips for hiking and eating. If you have any questions, Carmen was quick and super helpful. And because that wasn't enough, there was also an idyllic pool and plenty of help and support for inquiries or special requests. We certainly won't be the last time we come here and thank Carmen for her great hospitality!

We enjoyed Simona's place. The apartment had a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. From Baveno, you can take many excursions.

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. Valentina's apartment is very clean and beautiful. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic. We were there at the beginning of June and it was really quiet at night, you could sleep with the windows open. Everything is in walking distance. A parking space would be helpful, but you read in the description that there is no parking space and no air conditioning, so you know in advance. We would come back, for us it was the perfect, small apartment! 💖 Thank you Valentina! 🥰

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

You feel comfortable immediately, the beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. The location is very quiet and the view was enchanting, especially the morning sun on the lake. Would book this Airbnb again in a heartbeat!

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
