Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

FLOS si trova al piano terra ed è composto da due camere matrimoniali, due bagni, un ampio open space con cucina a isola e zona living. Lo spazio interno si estende verso l’esterno grazie a un giardino, dotato di salotto e una fontana dal design unico.
