Apartment holiday rentals in Valparaiso

This is a charming and very comfortable unit. All the amenities are thoughtful and more generous than most other AirBNBs that I’ve stayed. We found the location very convenient to family and Northwestern U, and even getting downtown. The unit was spotless, clean and organized. And exceeded our expectations. Being able to park in the garage was a huge benefit for us. We had a busy schedule with leaving in the morning and not getting back until later evening. It was so nice not to have to search for street parking and not have that worry. We very much enjoyed our stay. This will be our “place” when we return. Elizabeth

The only bad or negative about the place : If you are going to have dishwasher in the place then you should have dishwasher pod's - just saying Would of been nice to have more than two set of towels. However I am sure that I could have asked for these items. Other than the above It was prefect and may book again

Diana is a sweet and generous person who was such a gracious host. We used the cozy spot as our refuge during a rough time. It was just perfect. The place was emaculate, the bed comfortable, the bird sounds and neighborhood quiet are lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside drinking our morning coffee. I felt at home. I would highly recommend Diana's place!

Central to downtown Laporte Indiana. Walked to alot of shops.... antiques, ice cream and restaurants. Also a few lakes within a few minutes drive. Super fun 3 acre dog park about ten minutes drive

I have stayed here before and loved each visit. The place is always clean and smells great. Connie is an amazing host, very helpful and pleasant.

Erika’s place was so convenient for going to University of Chicago Convocation activities. Close enough to the school (beautiful 25 min walk) yet far enough from the convocation traffic! I was able to always find car parking within one block from the airbnb. The place is bigger than the photos suggest. The living room is especially comfy! Perfect for 1-2 people.

Regina's place is terrific - spacious, beautiful, and flooded with natural light. The kitchen and the bathroom are both top notch. And the location cannot be beaten by any other apartment in Michigan City.

I was very impressed and pleased with all of the thoughtful details and extras like Keurig pods, filtered water and parking stickers. The space was cozy and perfect for our small family. It had every possible amenity needed to make ourselves at home for a week and cooking was a breeze. The location was ideal both due to the proximity to our daughter’s place, but also very quiet and walkable to everything you need including restaurants, stores, light rail and bus lines. Leigh-Anne was super responsive and flexible. The only word of caution would be that guests who are very tall (like over 6’) might find the ceilings too low, though they were perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Khong was responsive, helpful, friendly and overall just a cool host! Khong gave us a sweet surprise when we got in and gave us local recommendations, we loved the Back of The Yards Coffeehouse and it was within walking distance. During the day it felt like a safe neighborhood, during the night it was very lively and full of people in the best way. Khong’s place was so clean and inviting. The backyard was peaceful with a beautiful view of the church. We did have a slight mishap occur when we lost the keys to Khongs place but he was very understanding and kind about the situation. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. We would definitely return the next time we are in Chicago! 10/10 recommendation from my family and I

The location is very cute and an easy walk to Fulton Market. It was helpful to have laundry and a pack n play on site for my young daughter. Overall great stay and responsive host. Thanks!

My two kids and I had a wonderful time at Susan’s Airbnb! It was steps from the pristine private beach. The only downside is the sheer number of stairs to get to the Airbnb. I am a VERY physically fit single parent, but it was truly exhausting loading and unloading. I dreaded loading up the last day!! Ideally you’d have two able bodied adults, then you’d be fine. However the bright side of that is the proximity to the beach! We even had campfires on the beach - steps from our stay! Also, if my young children (6&9) forgot something they could easily go on their own and retrieve said item(s). Overall 5 stars and I’d love to return! Great hosts and wonderful stay.

The apartment was impeccably clean. Was traveling for business had everything needed. It is loft style with open bedroom ceiling. Restaurants nearby

We had a very pleasurable stay in the apartment. Absolutely perfect accommodations. We found everything that was promised in the listing to be accurate, clean and of high quality. The short walks to Michigan Ave and “EATALY” made it an extra bonus. The parking provided was easy to find and very efficient to negotiate. To have this “known/available” parking was an excellent feature of the stay. My second favorite feature was the “how to” videos that the host provided to ensure that all entry, access and locating the parking were stressless.

I was looking for a cozy spot with a jacuzzi for a weekend celebration for my husband’s birthday and it was so much more than that. Carlo was super helpful with recommendations and quick to respond back. Such a great area to walk around and explore. We loved staying here and are looking to book later again this year!

Very cute little inn. Nice to park on the premises and nice yard to sit as well as pvt hot tub. The suite was very nice and walkable down town, beach.. great having the amtrak in town and took a day trip to chicago. Definitely be back!!! Lisa has done a great job with the Inn…

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

David and his co-host were excellent. Our family enjoyed our stay. We used to live in the Bronzeville area and love the new additions to the neighborhood. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

SPECTACULAR!! This space is how you should visit Chicago. Breath taking views from this 33rd floor luxury penthouse apartment lives up to the hype. Our family of six were extremely comfortable in this 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. And for a person that likes cooking, the kitchen is spacious. Don’t pass on seeing Chicago from the views in this beautiful apartment.

We've stayed here a few times and keep coming back. Great location and amenities along with a stocked fire pit and a hot tub. What more could you ask for? Hannah is the best!
