It was me and my family first summer vacation in a Airbnb and we enjoyed ourselves and Paul was really nice and on point we will be back

Very well thought through place for every detail, with a mix of 70s wood style and some higher tech upgrades like the main bathroom mirror with light and anti fog, or sensor lights. Kate was very responsive and accommodating for the 1 baby & 1 toddler we asked for. The place was stocked with all necessary items especially in the kitchen with appliances and cutlery, coffee, tea. There were 2 hairdryers, nice shampoo and conditioner, shower gel.

My girlfriends and I had a great stay! Ann’s place was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing outside, watching the animals and soaking in the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

This house was so beautiful and was a perfect place to spend a girl’s weekend! Would recommend over and over again and would definitely stay here again! Mike was also very quick at responding (even on the weekend) and when something wasn’t right he was very quick it fix it.

Well-maintained house, spotless upon arrival, great view of the area from the kitchen. Ice machine was a great touch especially with a bunch of people in the house! Would definitely come back!

We all walked in and said WOW! It was beautiful and had so much charm. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the cleanest and most organized. We traveled with 3 couples and there was plenty of room to gather and socialize and room to just chill by yourself. The boardwalk made for a wonderful morning walk. Brittany was a terrific host answering any questions I had and providing a list of thing to do in the area. Certainly worth the money! We would definitely stay again. Rita

I recently stayed with a few of my girlfriends for the weekend here. My friends and I absolutely loved this place. It was in a picturesque setting, and we loved how cozy it was. We especially enjoyed having the hot tub, the access to the public pool with clubhouse, and being able to walk to the beach to see the sunsets. We were able to enjoy a fire every night within the fire pit and loved being near the woods and the pond. Kristen was extremely responsive and a great host. My girlfriends and I would definitely stay again. We absolutely loved it here! Location is perfect for visiting lots of restaurants, wineries, and enjoying the best of Southwest Michigan.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s house! It was clean, great location & cozy! We especially loved the automatic pool cover so we could actually relax on vacation with our little ones running around. I also loved the three separate areas outside (pool, fire pit, grassy area). The separate areas offered a nice change of scenery to break up the day without leaving the house. I also loved that it’s a spacious ranch style house, so was easy to keep eyes on the kids. Jennifer was a wonderful & accommodating host & can’t wait to get back to her house soon! Thanks for having us!

My family and I had a lovely summer Indiana Dunes weekend at Jill’s place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We loved the bikes and covered back porch. It was nice to be right on the Calumet trail, in biking distance to beaches. We took a 25 minute drive to Garwood’s and came home with a boatload of strawberries, and took a beautiful sunset dip in Lake Michigan. Thanks for the fun weekend!

The peaceful setting made it a perfect getaway, while still being conveniently located near local spots. Thoughtful details throughout the property added to the charm. We had a great time! Everything was fantastic! We had a couple bonfires that were so peacful and the firepit was pretty cool. The host was so quick to respond back for anything. The whole place was clean and had good strong coffee. ;)

The home was a quiet retreat for my husband and myself. We enjoyed sitting out back in the Adirondack chairs in the morning drinking coffee. As well we enjoyed watching the geese, rabbits robins and cardinals. The home was comfortable and clean. Ideal location for visiting Valpo, Michigan City and Indiana Dunes National Park.

Todd’s place truly felt like home for my family of five. The space was generous and well laid out, giving us all the room we needed to live comfortably. We especially loved the welcoming neighborhood vibe—it was peaceful, friendly, and felt safe. We liked his place so much that it quickly became a home away from home for us.

Tiffany and John were great host! The house perfectly matched the description and was the perfect spot for a short weekend trip. The house was very homey and had everything you could need. The big yard was a huge plus as we had our dog with us! Tiffany and John were very responsive and very accommodating throughout our stay especially when we had to add another person to our reservation half way through our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here as it definitely feels like a second home!

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. The house is lovely and the setting is beautiful. You're literally surrounded by nature and all it's glory. The home is loaded with so many things to do, but we spent most of our time just looking out the big windows at all the animals that came to visit. Our hosts were most gracious. They are very responsive and do their best to take care of your needs as soon as possible. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay near the Indiana Dunes to choose this location. Michael has a great place that is very close to the Indiana Dunes. His directions for how to find the house were easy to follow. It was perfect place to be with my small dog and husband for a weekend away. It had everything you might need for meals in, spaces were well cleaned and well taken care of. We appreciated the small touches that were available to us. The train noise that was mentioned in previous reviews is not noticeable unless you’re outside. I don’t think we heard it at all indoors.

The place was just as described and the bed was so extremely comfortable. Jessica was very responsive and proactive on any and everything we could possibly need. Made our stay easy and very relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

This is a nice house for a family of 4 for a getaway. The living room was perfect for movie night, the dining table was small but worked fine for eating meals and playing board games, and the kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The beds are adjustable and incline! Ceiling fans, air purifiers, and 3 TVs with streaming apps were a bonus. The 2 couches in the living room weren’t the most comfortable but they fold down if you need extra beds (again not the most comfortable but fine for kids). We enjoyed the delicious ice cream across the street and the drive-in with many food options at the corner. The dunes, restaurants, and the outlet mall were a short drive away. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in this house!

We had a great stay at the cottage, it was clean and very cute with a beautiful view of the lake!
