The village center of Scuol and the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars are only about a 15-minute walk away. 2 reserved parking spaces are in front of your own, separate house entrance. The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sun island has a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge, which invites you to linger. After the extensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom has been extensively renovated, partly newly designed and newly furnished. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a massage shower. The apartment is located in the expanded haystall of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th century. Central location on Quartierstrasse, a few steps to the ski bus/post bus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center Scuol with shops, restaurants and the wellness pool "Bogn Engiadina". The cross-country skiing center and cross-country ski trail are also within walking distance. Ideal for families and couples.

The apartment is 75 m2, modernly furnished, the view of the opposite mountains is fantastic, that's why our apartment is called "s-chalambert" - like the big mountain opposite! Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consist of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all south facing) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers spacious space for 2 persons with its over 50m2. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.
