Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. The staircase is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility. Independent entrance, private terrace, table, garden chair, sunbathing

You will be close to hiking trails. The pier for the Gulf Islands is also within walking distance of the apartment. Bus stop is 100 m away, Carrefour Market (pharmacy, bakery...) 1 km away. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive!

In July and August, renting only from Saturday to Saturday. Apartment of 35 m2 on the ground floor, oriented East, very quiet in a secure residence 2 minutes walk from the port and 5 minutes from the city center. Private parking space. Linens provided. Check-in: check-in from 5:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday/ flexible on other days. Since we don't live there, we'll offer you self check-in.
