Konum olarak harika bir yerdeydi metroya çok çok yakındı ve Oli harika bir ev sahibiydi. İletişim kurmak çok kolaydı ve evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Tek eksiklik duş perdesiydi ama o da o kadar önemli değil. Paris’te kaldığım en güzel evdi bir sonraki gelişimde yine tercih ederim. Merci Oli!

Great stay at the studio hosted by Safaa! Comfortable, fully equipped and well located, with multiple services nearby and easy access to public transportation. It is an ideal place for those who search for a longer stay in Paris. Safaa was quite approachable and friendly. I totally recommend it!

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).

fue perfecto me sentí como si fuera estando en mi propia casa venía estando de vacación en zürich en Suiza 2 semanas en un hotel de 5 estrellas decidí hacer una aventura para conocer París por primera vez ya que me quedaban 6 días de mis vacaciones en mi empresa una amiga me recomiendo esta aplicación y me metí y la primera casa que vi fue la de angie estando en ese estudio en la casa de angie para mí asido cómo estar en un hotel de 5 estrella tranquila amable tuve un problema con mi móvil de no poder comunicarme y ella me ayudó solo puedo decir las palabras buenas de ella me acogió como si fuera una madre muy feliz volveré a repetirlo

This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is absolutely fantastic place where you can see the sunsets with a glass of wine. Neighbours are very quiet and friendly so you can fully rest after long walking across Paris. Alexandre is amazing host, always in touch to deal with any questions we had. I absolutely recommend this apartment

J’ai passé un très bon séjour chez Sophie et Antoine, l’appartement est propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. L’appartement est très bien situé, l’immeuble calme. Je recommence ce logement pour des séjours de courtes ou longues durées.

Logement tres agréable. Place de parking disponible si besoin avec l'appartement. Malgré notre séjour très court, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Dunni est une hôte exceptionnelle, très réactive et de très bons conseils. Je recommande cet appartement.

Mooi en schoon appartement. Niet groot, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Is praktisch ingericht. Onze kids (16 en 19 jaar) sliepen op in de woonkamer op slaapbank en extra bed, dat ging prima. Wij voelden ons erg welkom, o.a. door de boodschappen in de koelkast en de fles bubbels met aardig briefje die voor ons klaar stond! Heidi reageert snel. Wifi werkte een dag niet, maar met instructies van Heidi was dit probleem snel weer verholpen. Bus en metro zijn dichtbij, dus prima locatie om alle wijken van de stad te verkennen! Bedankt, Heidi!

Apartamento maravilhoso, com tudo ao dispôr, situado num local central, próximo do Metro, Trocadero, Torre Eiffel e Champs Mars, mas num edifício silencioso. As informações da locatária sobre o acesso e a utilização do espaço foram detalhadas e facilitaram muito a nossa estada. Um alojamento a repetir. Uma estada fabulosa!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris war sehr hilfsreich. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber. Da hat man alles was er braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und neu. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen das man sehr einfach parken kann und dann auch die Treppen am Eingang vermeiden kann. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Falls wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Wohnung mieten. Der Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön aber nicht für Kinder, die unter 150 cm groß sind. Wenn jmnd denken dass der Preis zu hoch ist, lohnt es sich aber echt. Danke Boris für deine Unterstützung und deine Mühe!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Die Wohnung von Roland ist ein Prachtstück, ein wahrer "hidden gem". Beste Lage: Wer Montmartre mag wird Rolands Wohnung lieben. Schon vor über 20 Jahren nutze Amelie Poulain dieselbe U-Bahn-Station, auch sie wusste, wo es sich lohnt, ein- und auszusteigen.

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Merci pour l’accueil, en ces fêtes de fin d’année, l’hôte a su se rendre disponible immédiatement afin de proposer un excellent accueil. Le logement est confortable, bien penser à le chauffer dès l’arrivée mais tout était bien et en excellent état. Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine !!

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
