Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Terrace and garden are for exclusive use. From there, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach in a few steps.

The Baltic Sea is a 35-minute drive away., Schwerin 20 minutes, Wismar 20 minutes.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.
