Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Our vacation home is quietly located in a village of 14 residents in a small forest. It is wonderfully quiet and invites you to relax. Our farm is a nice place to relax and unwind, especially for families with children. In the large garden with sheep, chickens and two cats, there are plenty of opportunities to play and explore. The Baltic Sea is a 35-minute drive away., Schwerin 20 minutes, Wismar 20 minutes.

The apartment is located in the main house, where we also live, but is completely separated and forms a self-sufficient unit with its own entrance, and its own large terrace with garden. Our vacation home is located directly on Lake Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It was completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor downstairs, upstairs wooden floor, underfloor heating Functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with a dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The property is over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with a jetty. The lake invites you to swim.
