Complete monumental house with 4 bedrooms and garden in one of the city's most popular neighbourhoods offering room for 2 to up to 4 people. On request a 5th person is possible. A 15-minute walk takes you to the middle of the city center with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
