Beautiful stone house located in a quiet hamlet of Jouars-Pontchartrain. Large 220 m² house for 12 people with large interior spaces and a 1700 m² garden/terrace. Combine the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of the city: Paris 30 minutes away and the Palace of Versailles 20 minutes away. At the foot of the Maurepas forest and an equestrian center. France Miniature 12 minutes away, 2 golf courses 9 minutes away and the Grand Plaisir shopping mall 12 minutes away (see guide). Welcome!

You will stay in a pretty house (15 km from Paris and 4 km from Versailles), you will be in an independent apartment of 30 m2 completely renovated. Buses are 150m to get to the station which allow you to reach Paris and Versailles (8mn). Buses also serve HEC, TECOMAH schools and INRA, Velizy-Villacoublay city. You can park your car for free in front of the house. in the summer season, terrace with garden furniture and a dining area (stone barbecue is non-functional ) /!\ No parties allowed /!\

Cabane en bois suspendue aux arbres à 4 m de hauteur en lisière d'un bois. Elle se balance légèrement en fonction du vent, entraînant des grincements. La cabane comprend : salle d'eau, cuisine aménagée, salon, coin lit, 2 chauffages d'appoint et un climatiseur mobile ! Logement atypique accessible par un escalier en colimaçon avec jardin, cuisine extérieure et aire de jeux pour enfants. Idéal pour les balades ou se reposer en famille. Un petit-déjeuner en sus est proposé (sur demande).

The T6 tram, Louvois station, is a 5-minute walk from my apartment. Parking is free throughout the city.

Located on the Véloscénie route, bike shelters and repair kit available. less than 10 minutes' walk to RER C Igny station. Close to the main roads: access A10, A6, N118. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental as well as cleaning.
