From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. We offer a granny apartment in our house in Gillrath with its own entrance in the countryside and yet a few minutes by car from the city of Geilenkirchen with very good bus and train connections to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. In the village of Gillrath is the historic steam train station. There are many opportunities for cycling, hiking and excursions. Several recreational areas are nearby, as is the Dutch border.

The beds are already made and towels are ready.

Seit 1987 nennen wir diesen wunderschönen, denkmalgeschützten Bauernhof unser Zuhause, den wir mit sehr viel Liebe und Engagement selbstständig renoviert und restauriert haben. Mit uns leben hier unsere Hunde, eine Schar Hühner und Gänse sowie mehrere Pferde und Ponys, die hier ihren Lebensabend verbringen dürfen. The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare a small meal and towels, shower gel, shampoo are included in the basic equipment. Some coffee and tea pads are available. End the day on the small terrace or on the alpaca meadow.
