Cozy cottage on the yard of a farm. An oasis of calmness, space, and greenery. Take a dip in the large nature pond, build sand castles on the beach, enjoy the setting sun, put some treats on the BBQ, snack the apples pears and grapes directly from the tree, heat the fire basket and enjoy. Welcome to our cozy detached holiday home “Gypsy”!! Gypsy is located in a very quiet and wooded part of the park and has a spacious forest garden with optimal privacy!! It has 2 bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, spacious outdoor terrace, lawn and parking on the private plot. There is also a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Sunclass Sonnevijver is located on the edge of the nature reserve "Vallei van de Ziepbeek", 10 minutes from Maastricht.

Cozy cottage, if you are looking for peace and space, then you are in the right place! The detached cottage has a terrace with a large garden with a trampoline and a covered seating area. A few minutes' walk away is a lake where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can also come along! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking trails nearby. Zoo and war museum 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping, or visit the old fortified town of Grave.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.
