The loft apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in Heisel. Accommodates approx. 60 sqm. Has two bedrooms, as well as sleeping alcoves with double bed and TV, plus TV in the living room. Shared exterior with the landlord. Walking distance to the beach and bus stop. Shops, hiking areas, restaurants in the vicinity. 25 minutes by car to Dyreparken and 15 minutes by car to Kristiansand city center. 2 minutes by car to Moseidmoen sports ground, and 4 minutes to Vennesla city center. Laundry, bed linen/towels are not included in the price.

Cozy cottage with lovely views, close to downtown KRS

Close to water, quiet area with forest around. Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
