The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Upstairs is the large apartment, featuring a combined kitchen/living room area, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and three balconies. In particular, from the terrace in the living area, you can look out over the lake and its three islands; here, you can have lunch while enjoying the view.

We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
