When the psychedelic patterns of the 70s meet the clean lines of the Scandinavian style and the soft colors, a magic happens: come and see it with your own eyes and dedicate yourself completely to relaxation in this well-kept apartment with a vintage flavor 2 steps from the lake and boarding for the Borromeo Islands. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms for a total of 5 beds , 2 kitchens equipped with microwave , 40"TV with terrestrial and satellite connection,free WIFI throughout the house and in the common areas, 2 spacious and bright bathrooms . A balcony along the entire length makes the apartments very bright. We also have an adjacent garage for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles and strollers. The apartment is located inside a completely renovated building and used for tourist accommodation. It is centrally located with respect to all services . The building can be rented in whole or in part for a total of 18 beds. Some apartments are communicating for families of 4/5 people or groups of friends who want to stay together at certain times of the day and still maintain their privacy. The ground floor apartment is free of architectural barriers and with a bathroom also suitable for the disabled. The house has an adjacent space for the shelter of motorcycles , bicycles or strollers. The house has a lobby and a reception with common areas. The opening of the entrance doors is coded. The apartment is located in Pallanza, a village with one of the most beautiful lakeside in the area: a suggestive walk between the archipelago of the Borromean Islands on one side and colorful facades, arcades, flowered balconies, terraces and cafes on the other. By car: from the A26 take the exit for Verbania. You reach Pallanza continuing along the SS34. By train: from Verbania-Pallanza station use the public transport that runs along the lake leading to Pallanza. The apartment is located inside a completely renovated building and used for tourist accommodation. It is centrally located with respect to all services. It is on the first floor reachable with a wide stone staircase The apartment is located in Verbania a few steps from Lake Maggiore, in the small town of "Pallanza" a village with one of the most beautiful walks along the lake in the area:the Borromeo Islands on one side and colorful facades, porches, flowery balconies, terraces and cafes on the other.

Very clean apartment with a good location. Great outdoor area that we liked to use. Crockery and cutlery were a bit sparse, but fine for a short trip for 4 people. Everything you need can be found in the surrounding area. For the car there is a locked parking space right at the apartment. 👍🏻

We spent three weeks in this apartment in March. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels of fine quality. The kitchen is well stocked and the WiFi and TV functioned without the slightest problem. If the balcony doors are open though, the traffic noise might be bothersome. The apartment is a two-minute walk from two bus stops serving lines 2 & 4, so getting around town via public transport is easy. All in all, this apartment is well worth the price.

The apartment is very spacious, so you can also sit, eat and relax well with several. The building itself is not a beauty, but the view from the balcony, the lake within walking distance and the proximity to the City Center are wonderful. The apartment can be reached quickly from the highway and has its own parking space in the underground parking lot. Kitchen is super equipped, large sofa corner, bathrooms not quite new anymore, but clean. We had a lovely stay with baby and grandma and everyone felt comfortable.

The accommodation is wonderfully located (with great views of the lake) and clean. Access by public transport is well possible, but the Postautos (stop very close to the property) do not run very often. The pool is wonderfully large, nice and warm and well maintained. The kitchen equipment is very good - apart from salt, however, it has no spices (oil must also be brought along yourself). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would book the place again anytime!

Laveno is a very beautiful place lakes, mountains... The accommodation is in the center of a beautiful region, the proximity to the pier allows you to cross Lake Mageur on foot from the apartment. The building was very quiet but the road to the lake is a little noisy. Very good stay anyway!

The accommodation is a very nice and quiet location with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. The equipment is great and in total the place was also very clean. Check-in also went smoothly, even if a short message would have been helpful that it is self check-in. Unfortunately, you actually need a car for everything, as there are little to no sidewalks and therefore you can walk not far. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Charming getaway :: This apartment is a true gem! The surrounding area is absolutely enchanting, with a beautiful swimming pool and lake just steps away. Felt very welcomed. Beautifully restored independent traditional house. Comfortable, clean and peaceful. Beautiful gardens. Well positioned in the sun and on the hillside. Access by car is not possible and there is a staircase to access the premises and the house. Free parking is available within 150 metres. Small village with few restaurants but well connected with other villages around the lake.
