Quiet room near Paris

Dominque helped me carry my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs twice gallantly. I can sense that Dominique & his wife Florence genuinely liked me as a guest at his place. They treated me with great warmth and kindness. Florence speaks good English. I was even invited to take breakfast with them on a few occasions. Breakfast is not included but Dominique generously offered me bread, cereal, milk and tea. Whenever he comes home from work and finds me seated in the kitchen, he greets me with a lot of warmth. He introduced his son and showed me photographs of his family. He is one of the most perfect hosts I have met. He even walked me out to take the RER B on the first morning. On my last day, he helped me book a taxi and checked that it was arriving to get me. My room is huge, with lots of space to walk around, with an equally big attached toilet and shower. The bed and duvet were very comfortable. The view from the room overlooks the well-kept garden. It is like staying in a park.

Staying at Christine’s place was one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had through Airbnb. Words truly aren’t enough to describe how wonderful she is—not just as a host, but as a person. Despite our flight being delayed, she welcomed us with a smile at 2 AM for check-in, which was incredibly kind. Throughout our stay, she was always ready to help—guiding us to the station, explaining how to travel around the city, and even offering us ice cream. What truly touched us was that she also drove us to the airport at 4 AM on our departure day, all with genuine warmth and care. Christine’s constant kindness, humility, and smiling presence made us feel like family. We will definitely be staying with her again whenever we visit Paris. She is truly a rare gem, hosts like her are rare, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a stay filled with warmth, care, and unforgettable hospitality. Highly, highly recommended.

Fabienne’s place was so lovely and clean! As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. It was short walk to metro and other shops and bakeries, and about 30-40 min metro to get into the heart of Paris. Fabienne was a lovely host and was so nice, would definitely come back if I was in Paris again. Merci!!

If you’re traveling to Paris, you absolutely must visit Yves’ Pink House. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood, surrounded by a beautiful forest, and with quick access to the city via the RER. I stayed here for about three months. In the winter, we lit a cozy fire inside, shared dinners together, and listened to Yves’ amazing music selections. We even danced together! Yves offers heartfelt recommendations for stunning spots all around France. If you want to experience the real Paris, I guarantee you can trust his advice. On sunny days, we enjoyed brunch and coffee together in the gorgeous garden. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathtub offered a beautiful view of the garden — such a treat. There’s even a washing machine for clothes available, making it an ideal place for travelers. If you’re using the Navigo Pass to get around Paris, it’s incredibly convenient. The RER C line gives easy access to many of the city’s main attractions. Thank you so much Yves You are best!

Wow!!! What cannot be liked about staying here. Brigitte is possibly the BEST host on Air BNB. Really attentive to my needs, Super helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and she was literally the nicest person ever! The house is absolute gorgeous and bursting full of character with great location to Orly airport and to travel to all the central tourist destinations if you want. I would love an excuse to visit again and stay here. My only regret is that the reason for my stay didn’t allow me to actually be in the house longer as it was simply… PERFECT!!! If I could rate it 10000 stars I would. Thanks Brigitte Hope to see you again one day x
