Holiday rentals with breakfast in Versilia

The place was awesome. It was clean, everything that we needed, secure and peaceful. The host left us food, coffee, wine and that made such a difference for us. We loved our stay and would recommend it highly. Thank you.

Casa molto carina e accogliente sommersa nel verde del suo giardino. Locata in una zona tranquilla non lontana da tutte le attrazioni e necessità del posto. La casa era pulitissima e attrezzata a dovere. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un quaderno contenente tutte le info della casa e posti / eventi nelle vicinanze descritti nei dettagli. Abbiamo anche trovato tutto per fare colazione sulla tavola (fette biscottate, marmellate, plumcake, fiesta, tortini,…) e dell’acqua! Erano a disposizione tutti gli utensili e strumenti necessari per qualsiasi evenienza. Bagno molto comodo e carino con tutti gli asciugamani necessari. Presente anche aria condizionata in più stanze. Un soggiorno molto comodo, carino e rilassante.

Eufemias apartment was perfect for our stay since we had to go to the airport early in the morning. It was nice, clean and spacious and a nice view into the garden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos notamment la vue et les terrasses. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants et très réactifs.

Michele hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir hatten sogar einen gratis Fahrservice zum Bahnhof um in den Nationalpark zu fahren, incl. Beratung. Er hat uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen und sogar für reserviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und er ist sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch, herzlichen Dank Michele 👌🏼🥂

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Die Kommunikation mit Angela war immer reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben flexibel einchecken können und Angela hat zügig reagiert. Auch auf Sonderwünsche ist sie umgehend eingegangen. Das B&B liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisa, ist aber über einen längeren Spaziergang, per Bus oder sonstiges Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ana Maria a été super , le logement est idealement situé et nous a permis de passer une excellent sejour.

Pina was the most beautiful host! We felt like family visiting, she was so helpful with our small kiddies. Her place was bigger than we expected and so central, a 5 minute walk to the train station to visit the Cinque Terre’s. Would absolutely stay again! Parking was such a bonus too!

Ottimo soggiorno, hanno due appartamenti puliti e in ordine, ci hanno fatto trovare il lettino per la bimba. Alessandro e sua moglie sono 2 persone meravigliose, super ospitali insieme alla figlia più piccola, si sono fermati a parlare con noi e darci consigli su cosa vedere a La Spezia, ci hanno offerto il caffè, con loro ci siamo sentiti a casa in famiglia! Ci hanno lasciato la colazione e qualcosa da mangiare in frigo! non potevamo trovare un posto migliore nella zona! Forse a qualcuno può dar fastidio il rumore delle moto la mattina sulla via principale, però se si chiudono le finestre non si sente il rumore forte. Grazie mille per la vostra ospitalità, siete una bellissima famiglia! A presto

Perfect place to explore Pisa and easy access to city center. It is a big plus if you have a car as you can park nearby not IN ZTL. The flat is smart and well equipped with all you need. Would come back anytime!

The location is perfect – Pisa is a small city, and this apartment is very easy to reach from anywhere. It’s close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and impressively well-maintained. The interior design is beautiful and full of character – you can tell a lot of thought and love went into it. Everything we needed was there: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living space – it truly felt like home. We were able to relax completely during our stay, and we really appreciated all the small touches that made a big difference. If we ever come back to Pisa, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Alloggio in pieno centro, sei a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, dal porto, da via Grande e via Cairoli, le vie con i negozi. Vicino al Mercato Centrale che oltre ad esser un edificio da ammirare, è comodo anche per la spesa. L'appartamento gode della vista panoramica di una mansarda. Sono arrivata e Ilaria era a casa ad accogliermi per il check-in. Super gentile e molto simpatica. Io non ho trovato né difetti, né incongruenze su ciò che è descritto nel sito. Ovviamente ci sarà un'altra volta da te, Ilaria. Ciao grazie di tutto

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof, der nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist, sind wir bequem Richtung Cinque Terre gestartet. Eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge und zum Entspannen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wij waren met ze 3e en hadden het huisje op het terrein, heel erg privé en ontzettend mooi ingericht. Wij waren zeer tevreden, Patrizio en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en geven je gelijk tips voor bijvoorbeeld restaurants voor lunch of diner. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en mooi opgedekt, zwembad is fantastisch met warm weer. Mooi afgelegen met totaal geen last van het verkeer. Kortom, geweldig! Wij waren zeer tevreden en raden dit iedereen aan!

Maria est une hôte très agréable une belle personne avec laquelle nous avons eu plaisir à échanger. Très réactive et soucieuse de notre bien être et toujours à l’écoute pour répondre à nos questions. Vue magnifique, endroit paisible nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Nell'appartamento di Nadia ci siamo trovati benissimo, è ben attrezzato, pulito, confortevole e tranquillo. Nadia è stata disponibile e pronta nella comunicazione fornendoci informazioni utili sui servizi e sugli itinerari della zona. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione favorevole per le escursioni che volevamo fare (Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana ma anche camminate sui sentieri dell'entroterra). Consigliato.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Giuliana in Lerici. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, und für den Check In wurden wir vom Parkplatz abgeholt. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der belebten Strandpromenade und dem Meer und auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Und obwohl man in einer belebten Umgebung wohnt hört man abends auf dem Zimmer kein Lärm von draußen. Wir haben noch eine ganz tolle Strandempfehlung bekommen und waren jederzeit mit Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks versorgt. Giuliana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank

We enjoyed our five days in Cristina’s rustically charming room. Everything you need, from a small supermarket to great restaurants are all within a five-minute walk. It is in a more quiet neighborhood but close to the Tower and a 25- minute walk to the main train station. Oh, and the two sweet schnauzers, Lucy and Trudy, are a great bonus for animal lovers.

My wife and I enjoy our time celebrating our 25th anniversary overlooking Lucca and the surrounding areas… absolutely beautiful setting and once in a lifetime experience.

Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was refreshing and relaxing while looking out over the town. It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you, Clio. See you soon!
