Holiday rentals with breakfast in Versilia

The place was awesome. It was clean, everything that we needed, secure and peaceful. The host left us food, coffee, wine and that made such a difference for us. We loved our stay and would recommend it highly. Thank you.

We spend almost a week here, and really enjoyed our staying. Kang was super friendly and helpful. Her place is a cosy home with a beautiful view, and there are great places in the near. We loved it very much.

It was an amazing experience, we liked the view and the house itself a lot.

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop and even a pharmacy! All within a 3-4 minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded promptly to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

The view from the terrace was magical! A few mosquitoes appeared after sunset but were not a nuisance. Once indoors, the hosts had secured mosquito nets for all windows and doors. AC both up and down was a welcome luxury. Kitchen has everything you would need. Our experience was fully incorporated into what was described in the text and images. It is good to have access to the parking below the apartment, but just like in the rest of Italy, it is narrow, sometimes very crowded, as parking discipline is not the best. There are more spacious parking options further up (max 4 min walk) from the apartment, which is preferable. Can definitely recommend the apartment. The host couple is very accommodating and came up with good tips on other activities (as there was a risk of a train strike one of the days we were there).

Pina was the most beautiful host! We felt like family visiting, she was so helpful with our small kiddies. Her place was bigger than we expected and so central, a 5 minute walk to the train station to visit the Cinque Terre’s. Would absolutely stay again! Parking was such a bonus too!

Anna has a lovely place located close to the central street & close enough to the train station. The patio has a beautiful view of the water & colourful houses. Great spot for a morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the night. The place is spacious. Anna provides step by step photos to get you to her location which were very helpful. Highly recommend this spot & host if you are travelling to Cinque Terre!

Great stay, they have two clean and tidy apartments, they made us find the cot for the baby. Alessandro and his wife are 2 wonderful people, super hospitable with their youngest daughter, they stopped to talk to us and give us tips on what to see in La Spezia, they offered us coffee, with them we felt at home as a family! They left us breakfast and something to eat in the fridge! We couldn't find a better place in the area! Maybe someone can bother the noise of motorcycles in the morning on the main street, but if you close the windows you won't hear the loud noise. Perfect place to explore Pisa and easy access to city center. It is a big plus if you have a car as you can park nearby not IN ZTL. The flat is smart and well equipped with all you need. Would come back anytime!

Accommodation in the city center, you are a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, via Grande and via Cairoli, the streets with shops. Close to the Mercato Centrale, which is not only a building to admire, but also convenient for shopping. The apartment enjoys the panoramic view of a loft. I arrived and Ilaria was at home to welcome me for check-in. Super kind and very nice. I have not found any defects or inconsistencies with what is described on the site. Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Anna and Alessio are fabulous hosts. Quick to respond to any request, leaving gifts like wine, focaccia and the best limoncello I have every tasted and just really nice people. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It is so great that this is our second stay here. It was like coming home. It also has a balcony with the most amazing views. A garden that you can sit , relax and drink wine. This is our favorite place in Italy.

Nicola and Greta were great. They personally walked us to the Airbnb and talked us through all the necessary information related to our location. We would definitely stay here again.

Maria was a super host! She was incredibly helpful and picked us up at the bus stop, in addition to driving us there when we were on our way home. She came up with an incredible number of helpful tips, such as bus offers, places to go, etc. We were served a very good breakfast, and there was nothing missing. All in all, the stay with Maria was really worth it. Will gladly come back :)

We had a great time in Nadia's apartment, it is well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nadia was available and ready in the communication, providing us with useful information on the services and itineraries of the area. The apartment is in a favorable location for the excursions we wanted to do (Lerici, Tellaro, Sarzana but also walks on the inland trails). Recommended.

Lovely house, in a peaceful and scenic setting. Great breakfast included. Overall a generally pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed staying at Giuliana's place. It was walking distance to the square and close to the harbor where you could hop on a ferry to visit neighboring islands and villages. There were lots of restaurants to choose from within the Lerici. Giulian was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved that she provided a light breakfast, coffee and juice in the morning. The wifi was also strong so I could do some work while I was staying at her place. I highly recommend Giuliana's place.

We enjoyed our five days in Cristina’s rustically charming room. Everything you need, from a small supermarket to great restaurants are all within a five-minute walk. It is in a more quiet neighborhood but close to the Tower and a 25- minute walk to the main train station. Oh, and the two sweet schnauzers, Lucy and Trudy, are a great bonus for animal lovers.

Beautiful stay in Corniglia!! When doing research you will see many people trying to steer you away from Corniglia, but it was our favorite place we stayed during our 2 week vacation to Italy. While there are daunting stairs there is also a shuttle bus that runs regularly throughout the day that can bring you up to the town. Cristiana is lovely. She recommended some great local spots and the focaccia at her bar is to die for! We hope to be back next time we are in the area. Corniglia and Cristian’s bnb is a little slice of heaven!
