Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Versilia

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

The cottage and especially the garden were fantastic. We enjoyed having breakfast in the garden in the morning and BBQing in the evening. Franco is a very attentive host and the house was very clean. The bikes available were ideal for exploring the area.

The home is exactly as described and the hosts are wonderful and friendly. The upstairs rooms are all air conditioned. While the downstairs is not, it was cool and Andreas provides two fans. The location can’t be beat. Andreas booked our canopy at the beach and made our stay very comfortable.

We booked late and we were 6 people with 2 cars. The place was perfect for what we wanted. Somewhere with space, clean, parking and walkable to Forte’s beaches, shops and restaurants. The house ticked all the boxes. We would definitely stay there again. We needed to contact the host Simone and he was very responsive and helpful. Book with confidence and enjoy like we did. We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt very comfortable! Everything is very private & the pool was excellent!! The communication with Jacopo was also wonderful. We would definitely come back🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's place! The place is breathtaking and the atmosphere is magical :) We felt totally comfortable in the accommodation and it was difficult for us to say goodbye. Marco's tips for activities and restaurants were worth their weight in gold!

The Casina del Noce and its wonderful garden are a pearl of Versilia. The house is small but cozy, the giant garden, well maintained and the pool the ideal solution to cool off and especially if you have children like us. Massimo and Ilaria were always available, kind and very nice in the chats we had! The house is close to the Versilia sea, which offers everything, for families and non-families. We hope to return soon at the end of the summer to enjoy another week of tranquility and nature!

Wonderful stay – felt like home! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the sea and right next to a big supermarket. Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the goals we had set for ourselves was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and Sarà is always ready for anything you need.

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

Everything was exactly as described, the place was modern, clean and very spacious! The amazing view from the balcony was what initially sold us and it did not dissapoint! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This place is definitely recommendable!

Exceptional accommodation. A very good place to be able to make excursions to other places of interest such as Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Cinque Terre. The house is perfect for a family. It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Perfect cleanliness. A/C and fans. The pool is a plus that has made everyone's vacation happy. After going on excursions, coming home and being able to take a dip is the best! It has everything you need for a vacation. Carmela, an excellent host, welcomed us without waiting, made recommendations for places to visit and was always available to us. Both children and adults, we have really enjoyed the house and the incredible surroundings of this land. I would definitely stay here again. I absolutely recommend it. We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

I had the pleasure of staying in Lisa's accommodation and I can only warmly recommend it! Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

A little corner of paradise in the middle of the woods. The wonderful cottage, the large and well-equipped garden, perfect for both humans and dogs, surrounded by peace and tranquility. Silvia always available for any questions. It was 3 regenerating days. Everything was perfect!

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

Beautiful surroundings and a good base for visiting beautiful cities and villages. The family is very hospitable and very friendly and helpful in the contact. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. If you are looking for peace and quiet... this is the place to be!

We had 10 wonderful days in Lucas' house. The quiet location and the well-kept garden and pool made it possible for us to relax very quickly. Luca came 3 times during our stay to clean the pool and the conversations with him were always very nice. Although we had several very hot days, it was always pleasantly cool in the house, even without using the air conditioning.

We stayed here for two nights, we were in 7 people total + 5 dogs. The house is very welcoming and although for seven people it is a little small we had no problems with space. The house is beautiful even if with a lot of dust, I had a little allergy but it is a risk that I took as Silvia had made it clear from the beginning. Beautiful garden, with the perfect barbecue area. Our dogs had a great time. I recommend everyone to stay here, it will be worth it!
