Holiday rentals with a patio in Versilia

Our stay was incredible! This place is a gem. It’s peaceful, quiet and the atmosphere is so friendly. We brought our little girls with us and they were so sad to leave. The restaurant is fabulous- you have to go to pizza night! The pool was perfect. We had great communication with Sabrina. We hope to be back in the future:)

This was a fantastic stay in a great location, right in the heart of the city center of Lucca. The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was especially convenient for anyone studying at LIS (Lucca Italian School). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with luggage on both arrival and departure. The host was also very responsive whenever needed. The balcony was a big plus - as you are on the third floor, but you can step outside any time. We really enjoyed the birds outside. This place is highly recommended, and we would stay again the future.

Prachtig appartement, net alles vernieuwd dus nieuwe keuken en badkamer. We miste wel basis behoeften voor keuken dus peper en zout en olijfolie dit als je iets wil klaarmaken en alleen maar een koffer bij je hebt. Rossella is een super gastvrouw, geeft veel tips en bereikbaar. Zou zeker weer terugkomen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! 😊 Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass zwei Fahrräder inklusive waren – so konnten wir die Umgebung bequem erkunden. Miriam hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der Obstkorb und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts – besonders die hervorragende Küchenausstattung hat uns begeistert. Auch die flexiblen An- und Abreisezeiten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Miriam für ihre Unterstützung und Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Soggiorno indimenticabile al podere "Il Giardino" – ospitalità autentica e relax totale Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al podere "Il Giardino" di Maurizio, un angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde delle colline lucchesi. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente, pulitissima e perfettamente integrata con la natura circostante. Si respira un’atmosfera di pace e autenticità che è sempre più rara da trovare. Maurizio è un ospite eccezionale: caloroso, disponibile, attento e sempre pronto a offrire consigli preziosi sulla zona, i ristoranti e le bellezze meno turistiche di Lucca e dintorni. La sua passione per il podere e l’ospitalità traspare in ogni gesto, facendoci sentire più amici che ospiti. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chi cerca un luogo autentico dove rigenerarsi, lontano dal caos ma a due passi dalle meraviglie della Toscana. Torneremo sicuramente!

Apartman u Alessia bol velmi cisty, vonavy, priestranny a vo vybornej tichej lokalite idealne pre 1 rodinu. Foto naozaj zodpoveda realite. Instrukcie sme dostali 1 den vopred, v ktorych sme obdrzali velmi prakticke video, kde zaparkovat (sukromne parkovisko v cene, co sme velmi ocenili), kde najdeme kluce a ostatne instrukcie. Apartman sa nachadza par metrov od restauracii, obchodu s potravinami a zmrzlinarne. Do historickeho centra je to na skok. Komunikacia s majitelom bola vyborna a veľmi promptna. Ku krasnym plazam je to cca 30 min autom (Camaiore), ale aj za pamiatkami je to relativne blizko, navstivili sme Florenciu a Pisa. Nam sa velmi pacilo a vrelo odporucame. 😊🫶☀️

L’appartamento e’ bellissimo, nuovo, ben arredato, pulitissimo e di gran gusto. Il contesto è stupendo, bello salire le scale circondati da opere d’arte. Una vera chicca nel cuore di Pietrasanta. Silvana gentilissima e presente. Ci ritorneremo!!!

A very beautiful house on top of a hill. Garden was full of olive trees and we were blessed in the eve with the magical fireflies. We were 3 friends and we each had our rooms which were very big and 2 bathrooms. Everything was super clean. In the morning we had breakfast on the terrace. Marco was also very friendly and his English was top ! Easy to communicate!

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Peaceful and tidy apartment with a lovely view. It had everything we could have wanted during our stay. Enrico and Silvia were amazing hosts making sure we were comfortable. Communication was pleasant, efficient and fast. Grazie mille, Enrico and Silvia!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Francesca en Fabio geven je een warm welkom bij aankomst. Villa Jenny ligt op loopafstand van het treinstation, strand, supermarkt, bakker, ijssalon, fietsverhuur en leuke restaurants. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het dakterras leent zich uitstekend om geheel privé te ontbijten of een boekje te lezen. Er is een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Dus veel kleding hoeft er niet mee. Er is ruim voldoende linnengoed aanwezig. Kortom: een fantastische plek om het mooie Toscane (per trein) te ontdekken.

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder) haben eine Woche in der schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders den schönen Garten haben wir sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, haben wir umgehend Antworten bekommen. Der Kontakt war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe von Lucca lag die Unterkunft optimal, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in Casa Lu verbracht. Das Haus ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet, alles ist gut durchdacht. Die Ruhe, der tolle Blick ins Tal sowie die relative Nähe von Strand und sehenswerten Orten war genau das, war erhofft und in Casa Lu auch gefunden haben. Lucia ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person. Um es kurz zu fassen: sehr empfehlenswert.

Casa semplicemente meravigliosa, moderna, estremamente curata e con una posizione straordinaria! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Giada è stata un host super gentile ed ospitale, casa molto accogliente e totalmente ristrutturata. In casa abbiamo trovato persino phon Dyson e piastra! Raccomandato !

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Matteo. Nous avons eu le meilleur accueil de tout notre séjour en Italie: nous avons eu une arrivée tardive (21h30) et c'est la mère et le père de Matteo qui nous ont fait visiter le logement en nous expliquant comment tout fonctionnait. Mieux encore : nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nous faire notre premier souper et petit-déjeuné. C'était vraiment le highlight de notre séjour. C'est également très près de tout, environ 10 minutes de marche de la gare, des épiceries, des restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu un petit pépin et Matteo a appeler sa mère qui est arrivée en moins de 5 minutes. WoW, ça c'est du service :)! Voici une liste rapide de nos impressions. Pros : - Accueil incroyable +++ - Air climatisée dans tout le logement - Cuisine très fonctionnelle - Très spacieux - Accessible partout à la marche Cons : - la porte de la douche devra peut-être être réparée. C'est le Airbnb qui nous fait réellement sentir "home away from home"! Merci ++++

George's apartment is modern, beautifully furnished and well located. My family and I enjoyed staying here and felt right at home. All the amenities (TV, oven, air con) are easy to use, and the rear garden is a total sun trap. George is also really quick at replying and very helpful, with questions and advice.

Host molto gentile e professionale. Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Comodo per 4/5 persone. Posizione tranquilla, comodi anche gli spostamenti per raggiungere il centro ovviamente considerando il periodo dell’anno.

Lovely little apartment in a great location. It is a small apartment but incredibly well designed and appointed, so it didn’t feel cramped. The highlight was the lovely and spacious roof terrace with plenty of space to just relax or to eat at the table. It was also shady which was welcome in the very hot weather.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Alessandra in ihrem Häuschen im Wald. Es ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und wohl und gut aufgehoben, die zwei süßen Katzen tragen mit dazu bei! :) vielen lieben Dank für alles! Sabina was fantastic, and the place was great. We have two small children so the walk to town was further than expected. Overall, great experience & host.
