Monthly Rentals in Verulam Park

Lovely little spot in suburban Lindsay. My wife and our two kids had lovely sleeps. Very much recommend these hosts :)

We really liked the house, has a rustic feel to it, like back home at grandmother's village, but more modern. lots of sleeping places. There is even an extra bedroom in the basement that has its own bathroom with a shower. I liked that the backyard is fenced so you can let little kids and/or dogs run around worry free. It is not a waterfront cottage, so you have to walk or drive to the beach, but you don't need any permits to park there, which is great. the beach is very small, but has clean sand and the water is clear and amazing. there is another public beach 10 minutes away on a car that has splash pads and play grounds as well, so if you are not happy with the small one, there is always a choice. I liked that Roman was very good with communications, would reply to questions instantly. Check in and check out was a breeze, just punch in the code on the door lock,no key needed. He let us stay a few extra hours with no additional cost, very nice of him! The only thing we didn't like is the lack of gas bbq. The charcoal BBQ is of course tastier than gas, but sometimes you just wanna fry up some burgers and sausages for the kids quickly and quickly is not an option with charcoal. Also, Roman, you might want to get a new rack for the BBQ, that one keeps falling into the ashes 🙈 Other than that we loved it and would come back again!

Sandy upholds a high standard of hosting. All the little details were taken care of. Her place was immaculate and was such great value for money. I was fortunate enough to bump into Sandy and she was very friendly and easygoing. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb without any reservations.
