Vigny is a charming village located in the heart of the French Vexin (natural park), 10 minutes from Cergy, and 50 km from the center of Paris.

Vétheuil, the Impressionist route, is a commune that inspired Claude Monet before he joined Giverny. Also appreciated for its hiking trails in the Vexin Natural Park and its loops of the Seine, Vétheuil is the starting point of the ridge road above the Seine.
