The property has a fantastic location and is a perfect retreat in Potsdam and surroundings. The apartment offers a lot of space, is well equipped and was very comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable and right at home.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. My daughter says directly: her apartment should be furnished the same way later. 😎 The apartment is located directly next to a free parking lot (5 minutes) and in the middle of the old town. Perfectly located - clean - modern. We'd love to come back any time.

We spent a few nice days in Berlin as a family. The apartment is simply great and leaves nothing to be desired. You can walk to the S-Bahn in 10 minutes and to the Brandenburg Gate in a further 20 minutes. Exactly what we wanted. Werner is a very nice host and always available. Great! We can recommend the apartment without restriction.

Highly recommended - the term Deluxe is definitely appropriate. The amenities are great and above average. The beds were very comfortable and the living room with its sofas offers the perfect space for a relaxing evening. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We were super satisfied with the place! The landlord was very nice and knowledgeable. The accommodation was clean, stylish, spacious and had everything you need. There was a parking lot and the residential area is quiet. The terrace and the garden are fantastic. There is a bakery and an Edeka within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

The location is an absolute dream for all nature lovers. We enjoyed being able to take the dogs directly into the forest or look over the lake with a cup of coffee at the top of the terrace in the morning and listen to the birds. The place is stylishly decorated and offers everything you need. Josephie was very easy to reach, gave us great tips in the area and helped us immediately with questions. We would come back back.

We had a very good time in this really lovingly designed house. It is very quiet and idyllically located. The garden is really generous. Everything is very nicely decorated and you immediately feel comfortable.

Simon is very friendly and helpful. Haus Erna is fun to discover. The garden and the house are huge. The rooms are beautifully bright and the kitchen is super generously equipped. It's just a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun or end the evening by the campfire in the evening. From the location, you can easily get to the bike paths in the Spreewald.

The property owner is very warm and pleasant, was available for any questions and very serviceable!

Maryanne's apartment is truly great on all fronts. It is situated in a very cozy neighborhood with lots of great restaurants with options for everyone (vegan, gluten-free etc.), nice cafés and bars. It is also right next to the U8 which goes to Alexanderplatz in only 10 minutes or so, which opens up the entire city for sightseeing. The apartment itself is large with lots of rooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and dishwasher, which makes it really easy for a group of friends or large family to get ready quickly in the mornings. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room and balcony are both great for lounging in the evening. Most importantly, staying in Maryanne's apartment feels like staying in a home and not in a hotel - exactly how a great AirBnB should feel. Maryanne is also a great host, giving timely updates, quick responses and local recommendations. If we visit Berlin again in the future, we will definitely check if this apartment is available as the first option.

The location is wonderful. Nearby there is a very nice lake. Björn is very nice, friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, Björn was very quick to respond. My children and I are very satisfied.

Great 5 day holiday with friends in Max's mansion, it was very nice. Max is a pleasant person and his love for the house& farm is obvious. Communication impeccable and accommodating, Max was always on hand if we needed/asked anything. Everything is as shown in the photos and in the description. Very quiet area, the yard is off the beaten path. There were ten of us, room more than enough. Great kitchen and great big dining table, spacious double bedrooms. We did not find the pillows so comfortable, possibly take our own with us. On that there is only one (nice big!) There is a bathroom, you have to be prepared, but you know it beforehand. An old house creaks, so have earplugs with you. We shared the courtyard/terrace and sauna with the apartment neighbors, also here only nice encounters. Especially recommended: the riding club in the village, 10-15 min walk. Claudi has had a nice morning with angel patience at and with the horses. I'd love to come back.

The apartment and the property were very nice and pleasantly clean. Good facilities and within walking distance of the train station. However, we did not receive any check-in information before arrival, and we reached the host by phone only about two hours after arrival. It is therefore best to take care of the necessary information beforehand, if it is not provided independently. After that, the check-in went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay!

Markus and Kristina's apartment is just beautiful! We came together this weekend for a family reunion - 4 generations No matter which generation - whether over 80 years old or 16 years old - everyone was thrilled from the first moment! For our little ones, as well as for the big ones, there were toys and reading material - we noticed an open heart for children everywhere We would be happy to come back any time! Thanks to the whole family!
