Avec la mer visible de toutes pieces, lumineuse, elle domine la vallee, les terrains de tennis et le minigolf. A 200m de la plage, de l'epicerie, des bars et restaurants.

La maison à l’exposition plein sud est édifiée sur un terrain arboré de 3000m2 partiellement clos.
